FWIW I was talking with a buddy who was involved in pro lacrosse from the business side, his point was that advertisers *already* have (via other sports) the lacrosse “demographic” so the whole thing is a bit duplicative and not really worth significant $$$…

I think every Denver fan is over the moon that this Denver team is returning to championship weekend. I knew DU could be an NCAA tourney team this year, but in no way did I think they would finish top four. Clearly, Denver's veteran defense has come together and played their best lax of the season ...

As Swami mentioned, legitimate reasons to give Brown the job. Denver's not like other top jobs in the country, you need someone comfortable living in a more isolated location compared to the rest of the lacrosse landscape with lots of travel and who has recruiting ties to the West Coast and Canada....
