First full slate of conference play, figure I’d take a stab at some predictions.
RIT vs RPI: 13-11 RIT
Union vs Clarkson: 14-9 Union
Ithaca vs Vassar: 11-9 Ithaca
SLU vs Skidmore: 15-7 SLU
Ugly weather this weekend so who knows! Some of these have potential to be a lot closer than one would think.

Re: Liberty League 2024
Heck of a weekend for the LL. RIT handled business against Tufts and SLU looks to be a handful this year. League play should be phenomenal! USILA’s Week 7 poll is loaded with LL teams: #2 RIT #4 SLU #5 RPI #8 Union When’s the last time the polls looked like this for the LL?? This league is proving ...

Re: NESCAC
I would not be so quick to write off Bowdoin…or Middlebury for that matter. Endicott is now a one loss team with some good wins on their resume - think they’re better than people realize. The one loss came to Union in a tight one. Midd and Union face off in a week and that will be a true testament t...

Re: Liberty League 2024
Let’s go Garnet Chargers! Last year was plagued by injuries to some key pieces. From what I can tell, Union is returning AA’s in the midfield, in cage, and at the FO X - with some young talent as well. Excited to see what they can do with another GAUNTLET of a schedule - is this the year they take d...

Re: who wins in 2023
I think it is naive to pick anyone other than RIT at this point. Last year I remember talking about how much they were graduating -- goalie, FO guy, two close defenseman and an two attack-men who were all AA's. They filled those spots easily this year and may have been even better. Not to mention Ry...

Maybe it’s just me, but I’m really tired of reading comments from a bunch of grown adults acting like someone slapped their mother because some college kid somewhere was annoying, or some team celebrated a goal the wrong way, or some other mundane thing happened that everyone is supposed to be offe...

Re: USILA Announces 2022 Division III All-Americans and Award Winners
What a year for D3 lacrosse!! With so many 5th years this may be the highest level of lacrosse for D3 we have and will ever see. Based on my counting Union and CNU each have ten players recognized which is crazy to think they could field a whole team with AA's. As a Liberty League homer, congrats to...

Re: LIBERTY LEAGUE 2022
Watched both post game interviews from Union and RIT...very cool to see the gratitude from the Union players who immediately talked about others and the opportunity they have. This must be a well coached and led team. Coach Coon for RIT and his two players were also very humble as they showed respec...

Re: LIBERTY LEAGUE 2022
4 teams in, awesome! And they are spread out pretty well. Only potential matchup I see is SLU vs RIT if SLU can beat Bowdoin. Union has an interesting path too. In my opinion not an overly challenging one to see York or CNU in the final 4. They have no rematches from the regular season unless it is ...

Re: NCAA Tournament Selection
With the conference tournament winners being crowned...any predictions for seeding going into the tournament? My 1-8 seeded North teams are; 1. RIT 2. Tufts 3. Union 4. SJF 5. SLU 6. Bowdoin 7. MIT 8. Amherst/Wesleyan (not sure how the committee will choose) Reasoning; RIT is the king of the North. ...

Re: LIBERTY LEAGUE 2022
As I've seen others make their predictions I'll make my own... I think the Tigers will take revenge to a whole new level up in Rochester; RIT 22 - RPI 7. Even with zone and good goal tending, the Engineers can't slow down the wrath they are about to face. RPI will try and make this game messy but RI...

Re: LIBERTY LEAGUE 2022
Union vs Ithaca and SLU vs RPI this Saturday. Both HUGE for LL playoffs as well as potential NCAA tourney bids...Union is a lock at this point and I would think a SLU win over RPI would give them a really good shot at getting a NCAA bid and the league will finally have three teams in!!

Re: FanLax Forum Poll
@Unknown…I know I’m a bit of a Liberty League homer but how can you have SJF above RIT and Union while their two losses come to those two teams? Typo? A valid point, but I probably believed that the Amherst win was better when it happened as I saw Amherst play in person, and I did not take away too...
