Re: Johns Hopkins 2025

The one bright side is I don't care for any of the remaining games. Yes, I'll root for Maryland and Denver, but I won't go out of my way to watch the game now and will fully enjoy memorial day with the family. Tomorrow could be an interesting day for the university. Stevens will probably roll out 2...

Re: Next Programs To Win National Titles For The First Time?

Yep! Another year, another post from me with this question. However, while I don't want to "count my chickens before they are hatched", I like to think that Brown, now that Jon Torpey is their man, will be higher on the list in this discussion. What a great hire! Johns Hopkins! DocBarrist...

Re: Johns Hopkins 2025

Think you're starting to see more kids specialize in SSDM in high school (or at least play on teams where they're needed on both ends of the field) and subsequently come to college more prepared. I'd be surprised if a guy like Reece DiCicco is not ready to play early in his career. The Jays have a ...

Re: Johns Hopkins 2025

Seems like everyone is in the SSDM market, Hopkins included. Great SSDMs are like gold in the current game. This doesn't make sense to me. How hard can it be to find good athletes. In theory, it doesn't even need to be a lacrosse player. because everyone want to score. Nobody grows up saying I want...

No personal attacks.
It's all in the commenting game admin. Appreciate it, but I dish it out so I am willing to take it as long as it doesn't distract the forum.

There's a reason the suits he and Anish wore Sunday haven't been seen on air since tv went to color.

This will be Virginia in a big way. Maryland can not stay with them offensively.

Re: Johns Hopkins 2025

Phillips and Marquis had opportunities the last 2 years and did not show anything. please point out the opportunities Marquis had this past season I missed them 06's biggest cardinal sin apart from serving as the new host for RFK Jr.'s brainworm is that he's boring. This is a line we've heard quite...

Re: Johns Hopkins 2025

Bauer was not a week to week or even month to month 1st line midfielder. They had too many offensive guys who you could not count on. I'm more than ok with them moving on from him and Evans. Phillips and Marquis had opportunities the last 2 years and did not show anything. As for English you're ask...

Quint after Kilrain scored for hopkins "Another QK for Hopkins. QK!"

He'll have that one ready to go for a few years.

didn't move Melendez around the lineup You're not doing a good job convincing anyone that you are a sentient being capable of rational thought. They moved Melendez all over, including yesterday. Have you considered not watching the games with your eyes closed? The players love Crawley, he's a good ...

Highly, highly recommend this to those of you who haven't done so yet. I was late to the party, but better late than never. https://i.imgur.com/OfYI40X.png As for goalie...I doubt the staff has any idea at this point. My guess would be Webb is the favorite but it will be an open competition. I like...

Re: Johns Hopkins 2025

There are so many things to go through before really being able to develop any thoughts on Hopkins 2025 - the portal being pre-eminent. I guess we should find out in the coming days and weeks if any of the younger Jays will test the market with that free option. Apparently, we will receive the serv...

Re: Johns Hopkins 2025

PM is the THE GUY for the next few years, Jameson is a superstar. Kelly seems well liked although I don't really know what he does. I have very very serious doubts if Crawley should return and I lean no. The offense improved by exactly 1 goal in the quarterfinal from last year despite a deep group o...

ncaa website isn't working so I can't check stats. oh well.

Hopkins needed that finish. This is is Dunn's game. If he can win faceoffs they can salt this away. But the Titanic Captain also had to be able to avoid icebergs.

Re: QF #3 Hopkins vs #6 Virginia Sunday @2:30

replay of michigan game. hopkins can run up the score because the offense can't finish, turnovers, weak help on faceoffs and d gets worn down.
