Re: UNC 2024
Am I the only one who thinks UNC just might pull the upset this weekend versus Duke? Even without Duffy? Anyone with me here? Finster: You were right. I am sorry. You were on to something. This is impressive from the Heels. Close it out now. It was pure self hatred. I’ve been incorrect on every gam...

Re: The country that was
These clowns don't even have a war or a draft to protest. My peers were protesting an unpopular war in which they could be conscripted to fight. What do these DEI mush brains have to worry about ? Whether or not the student loans wasted on their useless educations will be forgiven. Time to pile on....

Re: Progressive Ideology
I feel like much of your argument isn't with me as I'm not arguing against unions, nor employers obviating need for a union by smart management and strategy that values workforce. Whether the cost of labor eg benefits are paid for by company or country, the cost is nevertheless a country to country...

Keep blaming others...like your imaginary White Christian Nationalist legions, or the Soros NGO funded Antifa terrorists, while making excuses for your precious little hate filled poison Ivy saplings to whom you've bequeathed the keys to the kingdom. I do care for our nation's future. That's why I'm posting my thoughts. I was alive in the 60's & '70's in the middle of it. What was your vantage point ? When were you born ? My peers were protesting an unpopular war in which they could be conscripted to fight. What do these DEI mush brains hav...

Re: Progressive Ideology
Seems to me that the only way labor costs can be sustainably high here in the US versus 'world mean' is if the value of the goods produced per hour of work is higher, whether because of productivity rate or type of goods produced. Disagree. Picture what would happen in the US if Congress got off th...

Re: JUST the NY "Hush Money"/Election Interference Trial
If these NYS politicians were aware of what scumbag Trump was why would they accept his money? A politician of character would tell trump to keep his money. Giuliani was the biggest beneficiary of Trump's donations. That tell you what we're dealing with here? Then after accepting his money for deca...

Today (Friday 4/20) the UAW announced that the UAW has won the unionization vote in the Volkswagen plant in Chattanooga. A 4300 worker plant. This is the first time since 1940s that an auto plant in the south has been unionized via a worker vote. The Vance Alabama Mercedes plant is scheduled to vot...

Re: Johns Hopkins 2024
Which leads to my question: will you folks feel this is a successful season if Hop misses the Final Four? Just curious. It is of course hard to get to the FF and the path is so important. Last year Hopkins had to get through Notre Dame - Penn State had Princeton and Army so alot depends on the seed...

"Shut up and do what we tell you to do" is accelerating the collapse of flyover America. That same sentence can be said about all the things the democrats are doing. It's the very reason everything is so divisive and polarizing. We need a halftime in America...everyone go their corners an...

Anybody have an explanation how so many of our elected officials go to Washington with not even 2 nickels to rub together and a pot to pee in and 20 years later they are multi millionaires? And all on the pay of a US Congress person. They must clipping coupons and shopping at Aldi's. You can buy a ...

It's about time. "FTC bans noncompete agreements, making it easier for workers to quit." https://www.cbsnews.com/news/ftc-noncompete-agreement-ban/ As an employer that makes very unique things, it’s hard not having non competes. We’ve never had them, as I think they’re wrong. As a human, ...
