Re: A10 Lacrosse Conference

Rumor around Iona is that they and Siena are going to the A10, which might make sense given them being the historically best MAAC bball schools. Siena was supposedly last team out when A10 added Davidson and VCU ~10 yrs ago. Both LaSalle and Fordham joined the A10 from the MAAC. The A10 basketball ...

Re: St. Joe’s 2022

What the heck do the Hawks have to do get ranked? There are teams that are ranked that the Hawks are clearly better than. Because St. Joe's beat who? The 2-7 Penn State team or the 3-6 Towson team? I am not saying that the Hawks aren't better than a couple of these top 20 teams. But they don't have...

Re: Towson

Anyone watch the Syracuse game? They couldn’t hit a barn. "Cuse hit 8 pipes in the game. I'd say their shooting was pretty good. And if you aren't happy with the play from Towson, fair. No need to knock St, Joes. Hawks came out and executed their game plan and won. You may not like it but the ...

Need the Hawks to go back to mid-week games. Waiting 6 days to watch them play is too long.

Re: St. Joe’s 2022

Boys had a nice win this past Saturday. Next up in Monmouth on the 5th. Then back at it for a tough stretch with Drexel on a Tuesday then Towson comes to Hawk Hill before they get into league play.

Really no let up in the schedule this year.

Keep it going boys!

Re: St. Joe’s 2022

Johns Hopkins highest goal count in the history of their fabled lacrosse program was 31 against. St Joe in the 1990s. Game was terminated mid fourth quarter due to dangerous weather. Hopkins emptied their bench early in the second half... :P What is the point of this post? Coming here just to remin...

Re: St. Joe’s 2022

Tough loss to the Hens on Tuesday. Read somewhere that the Hawks lost one of their attack to a pregame injury? Hoping whoever it is, is able to make the comeback this weekend. How are we feeling for Saturday against the Lions? Call me crazy but if the Hawks come out and play like they are capable, I...

Re: MAAC 2022

Marist has an ambitious new President from Amherst who sources say wants to eventually follow in Loyola’s footsteps in moving from the MAAC to the Patriot League. Fairfield has long been known to covet to a Patriot League invite, and was in the mix when they brought in Loyola and Boston University. ...

Re: Marist 2022

Brining up the army win to make the point that the majority of the team is back isn't "living off the win" While they haven't had a lot of games since that day(thanks admin), I think this coaching staff will have the team well prepared. Personally, I applaud the staff for putting together ...
