Re: Transfer portal

1. Also heard that a pretty highly regarded freshmen was in the the portal as well! 2. This is what I meant by there had to be more to the story. Student-athlete signs an NLI agreement for 4 years. She has a good freshmen campaign. Asks for a “raise”, which based on her presence in the portal, she ...

Stanford's red shirt attacker Ashley Humphrey is having a great 1st season on the field for the Cardinal. She leads her team in points with 78 (next closest has 52). She leads the nation in assists with 55 (next closest has 34). Some highlights from her stat line through 13 games: 23 Goals 55 Assis...

Re: Transfer Portal

Jenny Levy talks about Andie and Sam, “We look forward to getting Andie and Sam acclimated to our program in all ways; I know they will thrive in our environment. Both bring high IQs, skills and competitive fire, Andie to the middle of our field and Sam on the offensive end”. Looks like Aldave is pl...

Re: North Carolina

From a lax standpoint I'm surprised Aldave chose UNC. She has not been herself the last 2 years from a mobility standpoint (due in part to injuries). UNC is all about speed. Levy loves speed in the midfield so it might not be a great fit for Aldave. Her game now fits better at attack but there is m...

Re: Transfer Portal

Very good player with high lax IQ. I still see her playing attack more than midfield at UNC but we will see. Not sure what her mobility issues were but they started her junior year not last year - had less than 30 offensive points each of the last 2 years. Great kid and I wish her well. Will be ver...

On the BC 2021 roster, she’s listed as a graduate student. She graduated high school in 2016, so 2020 would have been her real senior year and then this year was her Covid year. I think Agostino might be the most Division 1-ready of these three. I'd guess she gets a lot of minutes early in the season. Sounds like the Eagles won’t miss #26 as much. Looking forward to seeing Summer play next winter. I think that's right, but they will miss her. Her toughness and grit, as an ...

Re: Under Armour All-America Girls North vs South Game

I watched a replay of the game at midnight last night. For on the field performance I thought Stanford's recruits were really impressive. Espn's midnight replay cut out portions of the game. Can anyone with a roster tell me who number 22 on the south was? I thought she was impressive on the draw ci...

Re: Under Armour All-American North vs South Girls Lacrosse Game

Games a hot mess in my opinion 🤷 Yes--a lot of raw talent out there. You have to admit, amidst some of the chaos, there are some nice displays of talent here and there. Some nice passing, etc. for a group of girls only together for a couple days. Not much time to develop chemistry. But I definitely...
