Not sure Lynchburg can do much more to increase revenue- hard to get many more students when the acceptance rate is 95%.
A Capital Campaign to increase the endowment seems mandatory and more support from the alums.

The better team is the one who wins the game. It is not that complicated.

Tough 4th quarter, but still an incredible season. Lots to be proud of and many reasons to be optimistic about next year.

That Bauer and Lichtfuss team never had a problem scoring and Skeet did not let in many cheapies. Emmer was an incredible coach!!!

How many quality Regional Wins does RMC have compared to W&L? That is likely dispositive.

W&L has certainly put themselves is a tough spot, but unless RMC wins the tournament, The Generals will be the second ODAC team in. Notwithstanding today, they have too many wins over ranked teams to ignore. RMC has just one- today.

Disappointing effort. Got ahead 9-3 and took their foot off the pedal. Very little offensive movement the last 2 1/2 quarters. How can you win 70% of the face off and give up a 6 goal lead.

McCabe got outcoached today.

Bill Clements , class of 1950, was an AA goalie for two years. His son was as well, about 30 years later.

Pretty ugly win. Missed passes, poor slides, and not much settled offense. Hope they get healthy before Saturday.

After last Saturday, I was told by an on campus source that it was a combination of “maintenance, Senior Day and the opponent “ as the reason why several folks , and Burns in particular, did not play.
That now seems incorrect. Would love some insight.

Today was as expected. Does anyone know why Hillis Burns apparently did not play?
Nice job giving many of the seniors significant playing time.

Great start and intensity for 60 minutes today. Spano had an incredible day and the offense really moved the ball. Defense made very few mistakes and DeCain did more than enough.

Next weekend will be interesting.

Good comeback when they really needed it. Rookie goalie played well and the defense tightened up in the 4th.

Allen injury does not look good--he seemed to be in real pain, Good luck for a speedy recovery.

I was there for those great teams in the 70’s and could not agree more with the above post. Can you imagine how much harder the Bauer “crank” would be with current equipment?

Lots of chances, but tough to win when you are 25% on faceoffs and lose the GB battle by 15. Little things, missed passes,in the crease and failed clears hurt, but the loss today does not detract from a great season. Way to go. guys. Lots to be excited about for next year.
