NESCAC has relaxed rules for this fall(at least). Coached practices are allowed for 15 or 16 practices per NCAA rules.

I realise the schedule has been up since the weekend....the point is the NESCAC is not banning non-conference play.

Trinity's schedule currently has 8 games posted. Only one vs a NESCAC opponent.
Four of which are non conference opponents, scheduled during the school week.

Bowdoin will allow in-state competition....so I would assume Colby and Bates are potential ooponents.

I have heard that although there will be games. NESCAC teams will not allow spectators...even in Connecticut, where the governor is now allowing up to 200
spectators per event.

Agreed! I think that there will be play between 6 or 7 of the NESCAC teams, however I doubt it will be NESCAC league sanctioned.

It now appears that Trinity has removed the Coast Guard and Roger Williams games from their schedule. Not sure why, however more changes are sure to come with so much uncertainty out there.

...Reportedly the conference games will not be sanctioned by the NESCAC... Pretty sure this would make a NESCAC AQ not in the cards. But then again... I have also heard tha same thing regarding Amherst, Middlebury and Bowdoin, choosing to sit out the season. A conference coach has told his players that each team in the conference will have the option to play a combination of conference and non-conference games. Reportedly the conference games will...
