Any word on what direction Elmira might be going?

What does the SSC look like this year? Is Lynn making any coaching changes...seems like they are under performing?

Any updates? One would think, they would need to move pretty fast to get things going for Spring of 2025. Not sure just building a new turf will generate the enrollment needed to change their enrollment direction. Heads in Beds.....let's go!

Any thoughts on Elmira situation? Tough conference to build a program from scratch. Curious to see what direction they are going. Hopefully, it's not a heads in beds philosophy and no support.

Wasn't Rogers coach at Cortland before? Curious....How many coaches have gone back to their old schools and coached? Where does Utica go now?

What is an appropriate roster size for a lacrosse team? I would think the schools that have vacancies would have a sense of urgency...... since the summer recruiting season has already began. All good points. The larger roster are about $$$. I would dare say parents at these schools who are paying full boat to have their kids on these inflated roster are also having to supplement the lacrosse budgets at these schools by through fundraising the short-falls the college provides in the budg...

Anyone have any insight into the Wells situation.....seems like they could be heading the same direction as Caz, hopefully not but lopsided loses and small roster seems like thin ice. Maybe they can attract an experienced coach to right the ship. Hate to see another small NY school go down.

Have they hired a coach, or even started the process? It would be great to see D1 lacrosse in South Florida, it needs to be done right and that means $$$. Should be interesting to watch

I would agree with your aseesment of the teams for the most part. Did Lynn remove the interim tag from Miller? Whoever leads that program will have an uphill battle. The end of the season beat down by SLU is a tough one to sleep on all summer. FIT situation looks to be the most unstable and question...

Switching gears a little: What SSC teams really underperformed this season? And what Coaches (AC or HC) might be moving on? I am sure a few might be looking at the Nova job. Thoughts?

You're right, HC often pick up, and leave shortly after the Fall sessions starts for a AC. Let's hope it's nothing serious like a hazing situation? If that was the case, the whole staff should be let go. Go Rollins!
