Re: NY Section XI 2019 (Suffolk)
Aside from buying a ticket, youtube may have something possibly - STSPN SPORTS? I have no idea how or who produces something this way but I watched a Prep game from Seattle last week this way.

BLN Episode 11 - Meet the Seniors. Fine young men, one and all. Nice to hear each is planning on attending college and intending to play lacrosse there as well.

Re: 2019 NYS Public High School State Tournament
Lafayette should be inspired by the success of high school alum (and UVA Nat'l Champion coach) Lars Tiffany (wearing green) in their game tomorrow at Potsdam. That's pretty cool!

Class C Geneva vs Wayne @ 5:00 pm Class A Fairport vs Hilton @ 7:30 pm Geneva looking to repeat, Wayne looking for their first. As they say, players play...I like Geneva. Hilton also looking for their first sectional title. Huge win for them over P'ford but they already got their win over U Fpt ear...

Re: NY Section V (Rochester area)
Geneva will be facing off against Wayne today without their longtime coach LJ Russell. Russell and another assistant were placed on admin leave by the district last week before their game against HFL. No official comments from either the coach or the district. Story here https://www.fltimes.com/spor...

2022 NYS Public High School State Tournament
Time to get this thread rolling as a few sections (Sect 1/2/3/4) have completed their local playoffs and those winners have moved into the state tourney brackets. At the moment the early brackets can be seen here http://www.newyorksportswriters.org/brackets/2019-boys-lacrosse-d.shtml Got a pretty bi...

Re: NY Section V (Rochester area)
Good win for Cdga, but felt they could've put 10 in the net. Poor shot selection, bad luck on hitting a few Thomas defenders on a shot or two, and general sloppiness and drops are things they'll need to clean up to stay with Victor. As for the lack of excitement, Thomas simply had a very average off...

Re: NCAA Div 1 National Championship Seedings & Sundries
Just a thought on the warding off call made in today's game. Like most I thought it was a strange call to make as it's not a frequently called infraction in the girls game (as girls continue to play more one handed, maybe it becomes more frequently called). However, in trying to understand what the ...

Like I always say, you can ALWAYS find them. Not sure what twats regarding mostly sarcastic tweets Katrina, Vietnam, Ft. Sumtner, etc. have to do with white's who terrorize. Any of you ever feel like you bully people on the internet? exactly Well, jeepers - I don't think my name is listed among the...

Re: New York Section III
There's something going on in Lafayette again! They absolutely clobbered Marcellus 16-1 in the Class D finals! (That is not a misprint) Earlier in the season Marcellus handed the Lancers an 11-10 loss. Last time Lafayette won the sectionals (2009) they were undefeated, went to the State title game (...
