Re: PLL 2024
This league needs to expand… I know there are obviously financial reasons for why they haven’t already but it sucks watching guys like Pat Kav and Brennan O’Neill having to run through the box and play midfield instead of their natural positions. There are also so many great players who can’t even s...

Shelly with 8 points in his debut for the Atlas.. Looked like a vet out there and his game translates really well to the PLL.

Re: Tewaaraton Award 2024
What time is the announcement made? Made. Pat Kavanagh Well-deserved. I'm a little disappointed for Shellenberger, but there are worse things in life. Is it me or is this a year where it’s hard to have a strong opinion about who should win? I would voted Shelly, but nothing I would argue strenuousl...

Re: Tewaaraton Award 2024
Well deserved for Kav. Best offensive player on the best team. Bummer that Shelly is leaving Charlottesville without a tewey to his name. I personally believe he’s been the best player in college lacrosse the last few years. The kid could’ve put up 7 points a game if he really wanted to but his unse...

Re: Transfer Portal 2025
Shocking to me would be if an undergrad star (like Nate Kabiri or Spallina) moved from one decent DI program to another. Idk maybe like Charles balsamo Balsamo is solid but far from a star IMO. It felt like he regressed from his impressive rookie campaign and didn’t do much this year, especially in...

Re: York 2024
There is a lot of talent in the portal and York has the advantage to offer significant playing time. That is something that many other teams can’t offer. What does that say (& do) to the mass of kids already on the roster waiting to make their impact? As Covid bonus years begin to dry up (for t...

Re: Championship-ND Vs. MD On Monday, 05/27, At 12:00 PM
Being an X attackman for ND this year had to be the best job ever. So many weapons to throw to and the offensive scheme made it so easy for guys to get open looks. Pat Kav didn’t beat Ajax once but still had 6 assists off of feeding wide open guys for easy looks. Side note… If Pat is a 1st team AA a...

Re: 2024 USILA All-Americans
Not a great list but not bad. The only things that stood out to me were: - Ben Wayer got snubbed. He’s at worst a 2nd Team AA. 92 GB’s, 27 Caused Turnovers, and 13 points is an insane state line. Especially with the tough schedule UVA played. - I would swap Mclane with Dobson on the 2nd team. He’s b...

Re: Tewaaraton Award 2024
If Shelly can put up 4+ points against UMD and advance to the finals, he will be a lock. He has historically been locked down by Ajax so if he can put up some numbers against the best defender in college lacrosse and bring his team to the national championship, I don’t see how they don’t give it to...

Re: CNU 2024
I heard they already have 2 D1 kids coming next year. MT probably realizes they lose a ton of experienced starters and will need to bring in some D1 talent to help soften the blow. With all the kids in the portal right now, I bet we see 3-4 transfers coming. Heck, we know Salisbury is going to brin...

All of D3 would like to thank you guys for helping us avoid another Salisbury Championship  Generals should be proud of the year they had. After heading into the playoffs with back to back losses to CNU & RM-C, they went on the road and beat a conference rival at one of the toughest places...

Tufts must of let out of the biggest sigh of relief when they saw W&L upset Salisbury  Coming from a CNU fan, Salisbury was the best team all year and W&L had to play damn near perfect to win that game. Kudos to the Generals on gutting out one of the most important wins in their program...

Re: QF #3 Hopkins vs #6 Virginia Sunday @2:30
I hate watching Shelly be conservative. I get he’s a guy that lets the game come to him and plays within a system, but he’s one of the most talented players in the game. He should be taking at least 10 shots in a playoff game.
Millon is the only one playing assertive and pushing the ball.

Dagger of a pipe for Spallina.

Cuse playing with zero urgency for the majority of this second half.
