Re: Coaching Carousal
Not really a terrible idea, especially if you want to get into DI coaching. With camps at Queens and in the summer time he will be making around the same amount as he did at UAH. Huntsville also doesn't compare to Charlotte when it comes to way of life and considering Doyle played at Abbey, I'm sur...

Red,
Didn’t mean to insinuate you got it wrong, you just post what is out there.
Thanks for chasing down and posting all these scores.

Re: 2022 Scores
Not sure where IL got the UAH score but it’s wrong. UAH 13 Emmanuel 8 was the final. Not that a 5 point win for UAH is anything to brag about unless Emmanuel has improved a lot this year.

Re: 2021 Scores and upcoming games
Well the PBC is off to a pretty shaky start with the two projected top teams getting beat by first year Anderson in the same week... Not sure if that is a statement on Anderson or Montevallo and UAH. I gave UAH a pass on sneaking past Lee’s McCrae in OT with it being the first game out and little to...

Re: Future Programs
Peach Belt Lacrosse is made up of PBC and Gulf South Conference Schools. Lee University in TN, just north of Chattanooga, is a GSC school that has had women’s lax for a couple of years now, the women play in GSC. Have not heard anything about a men’s program but it would make some sense now that the...

UAH moving in right direction with the hire of an experienced full time assistant.
Schedule is up, looks pretty soft but I guess any schedule is better than none this season.

Re: Why U Alaska May Be Adding Lacrosse
“Cost is at the top of the list frankly, we are making this move...as a result of our finances,” Myford said. “We are obviously not going to put ourselves back into the same position based on adding a sport that’s just as expensive as hockey.” Interesting. UAH just dealt with the astronomical cost a...

Re: UAH Men's LAX
Yep, he is and I don’t see anyone complaining about his 60 man roster. UAH will not have a huge roster this year, McGowan is out and Doyle is stepping in to pick up the pieces during the Covid year. I hate it for him that he is starting his HC career under these circumstances but will see what he br...

Re: UAH Men's LAX
I see no problem with hiring someone who coached in the conference, at a college thats also a state school in the same state, helped build a startup program from no players to around 60. Montevallo also beat UAH by 9 a year ago, despite the fact that UAH has been around for a few years longer. Clea...

I think its a good pick. Worked under Lange for 2 years, I like what they were doing down with recruits. Hope it puts some life into the program.

Offer made and accepted. Word from a week ago was they were giving the hire time to settle up with his current team. First HC job. Last 3 years assistant in D2, 2 or so years assistant in D3, Grad assistant at D2. Played D2. Will give them courtesy of announcing but it is out there if you look hard ...
