Re: Next Programs To Win National Titles For The First Time?
Much to the dismay of many, Rutgers is starting to take their athletics seriously. For far too long (late 1970s), they talked a big game but now they are backing it up with new facilities, much better coaching hires led by an AD Pat Hobbs that truly gets it and getting after the NJ athlete. All spor...

Re: Stop playing tournament games in football stadiums
The prices this weekend are insane, way too high. The common fan is not coming.

Re: Stop playing tournament games in football stadiums
University of Delaware would be a great stadium to host the regionals, 18,000. Philadelphia (the Linc) would be the most optimal pro stadium for the final four but Rutgers football Stadium would be ideal for many reasons, location, parking, hotels, restaurants, etc, access and size, 53,000. To ICGra...

Re: Round 2: JMU v. Loyola 5/15 @ 1:00 pm
The Dukes played a step slow and couldn't even make simple passes in transition and had a bunch of uncaused turnovers. Great season that ended the way the season started, hurting themselves with mistakes. The draw reversals/calls were interesting to say the least, which also didn't help change momen...

Re: IL All American List
Hmmmm,
Shane Knobloch from Rutgers not on the list for at least honorable mention? Do these people watch the games? A true two way middie who plays defense too. Having a better year than last year when he was HM AA and preseason 3rd team. Lots of great players but missed this one.

Re: Melissa Lehman of Rutgers...Is she NEXT up?
South Jersey currently has about 6 players on Rutgers roster. Cassidy Spilis, Ashley Campo and Emalie Clothier, all starters. Several others are good players Galski, Watson and Dilullo. Next year Moorestown's Katie Buck, one of NJ's best comes on board and the following year, another South Jerseyan ...

Re: Rutgers 2022
Missing Ethan Rall and going 8 of 30 on FO's will lose to most good teams, especially Maryland. That was the difference. Maryland is the best team without question but they have to play the games and there is a lot to play for.

Re: Player(s) in the Spotlight
Bella Pederson of JMU would be on my All American list as a first teamer. It was nice to see that she was added to the Tewaarton list last week. Very well deserved as the 6' lefty attacker is almost indefensible. And she is as critical on the circle taking draws and getting control in open space alo...

Re: Rutgers Scarlet Knights
Each year, some of the best players from South Jersey make their way to Rutgers. Spilis, Campo, Perry, Clothier are starting and contributing on that roster and another couple have committed in the ensuing years. There are an additional several South Jersey players on the roster that are competing a...

Re: James Madison
Amazing win for the Dukes. Halftime stat……..17 fouls against JMU. Only 3 against the Terps. In spite of that, the Duke Dawgs controlled the game. Nice! Team playing with some mojo now as they head into their "CAA Conference" games. Not being allowed to play for a CAA Championship may be so...

Re: James Madison
JMU managed to defeat UVA last Sunday with two of their best players sidelined. One to a YC in the first minute of the second half and another to an injury in the first half. Maryland is looking very much improved and deserves the #3 ranking but you never know.

Re: Your Single Favorite Division I Lacrosse Venue?
Maryland's womens venue is atrocious, especially for a national power. Field hockey turf. Stony Brook was a very nice venue to see a lax game, very close to the action and team bench if you wanted or up high in the upper deck for better angles of play.

Re: Rutgers 2022
Cameron has a broken finger. Will be back soon. Lots of weapons for RU but they can't take anyone lightly. Marist has been known to pull upsets on even the better teams. Hopefully Danniger is feeling better and they also get Frankowiak back in a couple of games too.

AOD,
Are you a part of the Rutgers 1000? probably more like the Rutgers 100 who would like to see Rutgers drop to the level of the Ivy/Patriot League? What do you suggest the administration do?
