Cuse at BC, 4/18 @ 1700 hrs

Post by DMac »

If you're a wlax fan I don't know how you're not looking forward to this one.
BC has lived in Cuse's head for quite some time now, have really had their number.
Cuse get over the hump and finally take one from the Eagles, or do the birds of
prey feast on another savory W?

Tough one to handicap, but I've got the Orange at -1.5 to open...

I have no stinky idea how this one will go. Playing at home really doesn't mean much for BC. No advantage there. Syracuse is certainly due for a win but, I don't know if catching BC after a tough loss is best for the Orange. In any event--I'll be front and center for this one.

Spidey's got his work cut out for him making a line for this one. I'd make it a pick 'em, myself.

Weather report calling for cloudy skies in the low 40's with a breeze. Rain earlier in the afternoon ending before first draw. Sounds like a raw day on tap for the game.

I actually think BC wins this by a goal or two. I just think BC will be able to score, and has a slightly better defense than Syracuse. That's what I think. What I'd like is a running clock in favor of Cuse by mid-way through the second quarter, and then a persistent 11-15 goal margin the rest of the way, couple of decent tacos and two Leinenkugels. And a nice well-behaved dog.

Let's hope it's too late for them to move the game into that crappy little indoor facility.

Asking a lot there. Like your game feel--BC by a couple. Eagle defense will bounce back after the UVA game and be better. Dog and beer wishes may still come true...

Pretty certain on the tacos and beer. Dog, not until August. And yeah, I think BC bounces back unfortunately.

Noted.

Should be about 5,000 neon-clad fans taking this one in at Alumni. Let's go!

Huh; never seen a dog eat citrus. Beagle used to eat red peppers; absolutely loved them.

I think the biggest advantage in BC playing at home is that it’s not at the Dome. IMO Cuse’s home field is enough of an advantage to move betting lines.

Looks absolutely miserable and the woman official is taking way to long on reviews, set up. One coach yelled "the girls are freezing".

I do not think there is another sport where the refs have to constantly meet on the field to discuss calls and delay the games. It's really ridiculous.

This is a pretty good game.

Much better BC team than I saw in Charlottesville.
