Oh no, done in by my OWN team, as now it's starting on Tuesday.

This is the wildest lacrosse year I can ever remember.

No way I am jinxing them as they have an incredibly big game on Saturday, and this incredible win, won't mean much if they let down, which of course, they never seem to do.

Absolutely, and as a fan, I now have to get used to my team blowing 7 or 8 goal leads and of course coming back from those monstrous deficits.

How many times have fans of just about any team, turned off their game thinking their team had lost, only to look at the results and lo and behold, they won.

Some admitted to doing it last night.

Although last night, especially in the 1st half, I was discouraged, but just kept thinking, I know Cornell has a run in them. Turns out, they needed multiple runs.

If their was ever a year to say ," on any given Saturday, or Tuesday" this is the year.
This year is a Lax fans dream.

Thanks again to the schedule makers for making me again stay up late to post my top 20 results. Come on, how about even 2pm or 4pm for the last game on Sunday.

That late game won't affect my top 10 but will affect my top 20.

My top 10 is set for teams but the exact ORDER will be determined by the 12 noon game.

Hint: 1 team took a huge leap into the top 10, and 1 team took a precipitous fall out of the top 10.

Another great week of D1 Lax. Back around 9pm with my top 20.

With Duke, Army, and Syracuse all losing this week, the Blue Jays are now assured a top 5 ranking!

JoeWillie: I think you need to punish Duke for this loss. It was close, they showed moxie coming back to tie it at 11 all, and ND is 1 or 1A with UVA, but when you’ve got a sold out home game, the wind is at your back. No excuses.

If BU had beaten Duke like they deserved to, Duke would be out of the Top-10, regardless of their obvious talent.

UVA can do serious psychological damage to Duke if they beat the Blue Devils next Sunday.

After today, I’d give every two-loss team a spot above Duke in this week’s poll. Let Duke earn their way back.

We say this every year. And every year Duke beats UVA. UVA/ND/Duke is like rock/paper/scissors in the regular season. Doesn't seem to matter who is having a better season, 9 times out of 10 times it's the same result as always.
