well luckily for me ND had him listed as Attack and have switched it to A/M.

I don't exactly agree with UK. If NJ has no other attackmen and McLane's playing M for ND, then NJ shouldn't be able to slot him into an A spot. It's harsh, but fair.

To make a player an A/M, he needs to actually be an A/M. i.e. If a player is only playing middy, he's a middy.

Like Matt, we will see where guys play this weekend, and I wouldn't be surprised if their attack rotates through a 4 players (maybe Rubin, Smith, Walsh and a freshman).

Looking at the points from last year, I'm guessing UK (and Mike Murphy) wants more from Furey. 21 points from Smith isn't bad, same with 15 from Shipley. I'm guessing Genghis is hoping for a jump from Scane. I considered drafting Scane with the 1st pick in the 2nd round in 2022. OCanada had Schain, if I remember correctly, but dropped him. I've dropped some guys who then pan out okay, so I know that can hurt a little.

If Penn gets some chemistry on offense, I think they can put up good goal totals. Handley was a very rare talent, but it's possible the offense relied on him too much, and I don't think Handley was great when he didn't have the ball. I'm hoping to see the ball moving faster this season and a jump for a lot of these guys.
