Just compare the aggressive Penn State offense and the “minimally invasive” tulip offense of Johns Hopkins.

Different offenses though.
Penn State, or the offensive players really who tend to be completely wired, have zero interest in ball control.
I guess that is due to the defense, the offensive players, coaches, aren't worried about their defensemen getting gassed.
No way to get any of Penn State's offensive players to play the slow down, ball control type game.
TJ Malone, Matt Traynor, complete, never-ending motion.

The style of this PSU offense with all the motion reminds me of the MD offense a few years ago. The studs got all the attention but the system and motion was the star.

Did Liam Matthews get injured or buried? Thought he and Lehman could play well together.

Not sure on Matthews - whether they'll ask for a redshirt year on Liam Matthews.

No real need for Matthews this year with Sean Donnelly (towards end of year) and Will Peden. Attack will be crowded again next year.

Matt Traynor the go-to attackman, Will Peden, Kyle Lehman, Luke Walstrum, and then among Liam Matthews, Wes Scurci and former 5-star Matt Lazzaro.

Sean Donnelly made out well, he went from Syracuse to Drexel - almost gets to the Quarterfinals his 1st year, transfers to Penn State, contributes to their end of year uptick (minus the Michigan game) but they come up short. Still two NCAAs.
