At Hopkins Friday evening. Very worried. While Navy is coming off a loss, so is Hopkins. Might take a special performance for the Mids to prevail. Predictions?

I believe that is a very possible score. I think Hopkins will call off the dogs early out of respect. I'll go with 15-7.

DraftKings line is Navy +7.5, gotta think they can cover so will take that one. Moneyline bet is enticing at +1000 but just don't see it happening. GO NAVY!!

We beat them 2 years ago. Played them really tough last year I think it was tied 9-9 in the 4th. And we have our entire team back essentially.

Love the optimism…I often struggle with being pessimistic, because I have been an optimist for so long.

Our defense is going to get one helluva work out tonight. I am not confident they have had enough exposure to Hops offensive style and flow to be able to keep up for 4 quarters. It’s going to take one strong willed disciplined game….which we are capable. Looking forward to the game.

Navy's first bus got in an accident getting off an exit on the way. The backup bus that picked up the seniors then started smoking up and broke down, a team spokesperson said.

A ton of time left (6 mins in the fourth quarter) but wow, great job by the Mids -- they've outscored Hopkins 8-2 since the 12 minute mark of the game (at which time they were down for 1-6). Six minutes is pretty much an eternity in 2024 lacrosse but great comeback.
