Cornell 5/8/77 celebration

Post by ObxTerpFan »

Cornell 77, that's all you have to say to the cult of the Grateful Dead, they know the date, the album, the arguments over its proclamation that it's the best recording ever by the greatest rock n roll band ever. Whatever your opinion its a beautiful recording.
This Monday, Dead Co will be on campus replaying this show, Dead&Co fans are paying hefty ticket prices for this baby{charity}
Who will show up? Donna? Phil?
One person not showing up is Billy K, the drummer, who apparently had ties broken or broke ties with the Band.

Any Cornell fans going?

Same sword they knight you they gon' good night you with
Thats' only half if they like you
That ain't even the half what they might do
Don't believe me, ask Michael
See Martin, Malcolm
See Jesus, Judas; Caesar, Brutus
See success is like suicide
