I think the formula he uses doesn't work for those two games as Loyola and Princeton haven't played a game yet. His list is usually based on season results thus far.

Just looking at stats. Is MD shooting terribly or Swietzer playing better than she ever has ?

It’s not just this game. Sweitzer has definitely been better this year than she was last. I’m not sure how good Maryland’s shooters are, though. They’re not really known for offensive strength.

Perhaps at some point they will take advantage of all these SU yellow cards. Never mind. SU will just score down a player or two.

Md. offense isn't anemic, but it is nowhere near where it needs to be if they want to go deep into May. Shooting is just OK, but a key to me is that Syr is outplaying Md. in every phase. Tougher, more hustle. Very impressive performance. Md. defense is nothing like it's been advertised. (I write all this in the middle of the third and could end up with egg on my face by the end of the game.)
