UK, I will not be resting my starters this week. I need to keep the momentum going into the playoffs. However, I am reevaluating who I start, at least at midfield, because Army has been in a scoring rut. On the other hand, they are playing Navy this week, and if there is a team that will bring out the best of the Army team, it's probably Navy. I will look at the match ups and post my line up sometime soon.

Swapping D's again:
Cuse out
Denver in

It's a sad state of affairs when your D strategy is the only factor in play because at least half your team consistently comes up 00 and there's no scoring possibility on your bench

(btw admin, re your "games to watch this week" comment: if I losing would put me at 4-4; if I win I'll be 5-3)

You're right. Amended.

GCC plays Greenie.  GCC wins, GCC is in.  If Greenie wins, Greenie is in.  If Greenie loses, Greenie'll be 4-4 and battling via points with the other 4-4 teams for the last three play-off spots.

PA Talk just caught an error in the Team Points. I went through the numbers, week-by-week, and I think the issue is resolved. Bottomline, the number of points for each time was inaccurate. And, while I was combing through the weeks i found (1) PA Talk had 35, not 31 points, in Week Three, (2) NJLax's Points in Week 6 and 7 were off, and (3) as a consequence of #2, NJLax has 1 more W and EZE has 1 more L. Anyway, I think we're back on track. Sincerely, I apologize for these mistakes. And, again, I think we're back on track.

I suggest you look at the standings because NJLax is still alive and, as the team points changed, so did the positions of many teams.

Yeah I thought glesner would be a power middy for me final year but he has spent life on the bench... army navy is always a thriller

Updated: Week 8 and Standings.

The bottomline is that these teams (below) are into the play-offs (though not necessarily in this order) and Steggs has an asterisks. Steggs will get that #8 spot unless Stegg's Connor Kelly gets 0 points tomorrow and (1) Greenie's Rotanz gets 34 points or (2) UKLax's Kieren Mullin's gets 11 points. In other words, these teams (below) are into the play-offs (though not necessarily in this order).

1 FCALax
2 OCanada
3 PA Talk
4 ohmilax34
5 GCCLax
6 NC Lax
7 Matnum PI
8 Stegmakk *

huh? If Rotanz puts up 2 pts, doesn't that make me 5-3?? and doesn't 5-3 put me above stegmak unless kelly puts up enough for him to win his week 8 matchup? Sorry--you lost me.

wow. you're 100% right. If Rotanz gets 2 points, maybe even 1 point, Greenie wins and gets the #7 spot. And Matnum will be #8. If Rotanz gets goose egged, Steggs will get the #8 spot.

Not a bad way to go out, end the season on two good games and some excitement... next year all I need is drapeau replacement and a better D and I’ll be coming for you all!
