Letting them out of prison early works well

Happy New Year. And where did I say everyone should serve less time? What I believe I said is more jail time isn’t necessarily helpful. This just give people more time in jail doesn’t seem to accomplish much. Maybe more time in church would do more good than more time in jail, for some people and for some crimes? Maybe even some kind of volunteer work for sime people and for some crimes….You are free to disagree.

You're gonna freak out when you hear about how rich people are treated.

Were the crimes different in the link you posted? Like was one a homicide and one was rape? Asking for a friend.

Finally a some good news....: https://x.com/CreepyOrg/status/1755270677144207821?s=20

Video: https://x.com/missfacto/status/1755271215638548857?s=20

Based on comments: She was ordered to pay the school district back $2.6 million for suing the school and accepting a settlement (their legal bill & penalty included) for “inadequate security”. He himself said he had no ill will toward her and didn’t want prosecution.

I'd think there must be some crime she committed by lying. But maybe since it was a settlement and never went to court, she was never under oath?
Pretty effed up situation.

Out on bond.....don't click play on the video if do not want to see the tragedy: https://x.com/CollinRugg/status/1762140 ... 53819?s=20

https://www.ksdk.com/article/news/local ... 944c89c896

Rivera reached out to 5 On Your Side in reaction to the bond release with this statement:

“My family is not being allowed time to grieve and we haven't even figured out how to bring Lety and Alyssa home yet and we are at a loss as to how a man can take 2 lives and be out on bond 2 days later able to sit at home with his family. We have MANY questions and demand answers. The police department has failed to reach out to us and the states attorneys office has provided inaccurate information. This man should NOT have been able to go home after ONLY 2 days and he took 2 lives. We don't know if he had a driver's license, we don't know if he was under the influence, we don't know his criminal history, we don't know if he's a flight risk, we don't know if he had vehicle insurance. My family demands accountability from everyone everywhere. The driver, the police department, the states attorneys office, the venue, traffic control etc.”
