And this gem, which a lot of folks on these benighted boards could greatly benefit from learning:

"It's just a game at the end of the day."
The real gem here is this coming from you.

By the way--what happened to you? You used to be my defender.

Yes, I saw the post, it showed incredible muscle and definition in the leg in an action photo of a wlaxer. There was no fawning and nothing pervy about it. Oh, but enter the world of wlax where one need walk on eggshells and say nary a word about anything even as innocent as a player having nice hair. Do so and you'll be accused of fawning and labeled a perv. You owe him an apology.
Why all the personal potshots lately?

Yes, ONW has a bunch of tech toys that he likes to play with and likes to post a lot of videos and pictures of wlaxers (drives me crazy with them). He has a passion and appreciation of/for the game. Posting these does not equate to fawning. This is a word that would come from many of the posters from the fragile (and unrealistic) world of wlax parents. It's unbecoming and inaccurate but by all means make no apologies for your unwarranted choice of words.

I did not realize that “ Amonte Hiller said her husband, assistant coach Scott Hiller, reminded the group in his postgame speech that the seniors went undefeated at home in their careers. ”

The Meg Show raves about Erin Coykendall and Northwestern. Meg Carney has a great dry sense of humor:

(Advice to Florida regarding Coykendall) “You should guard her. Make sure they mark up on her.”

So Izzy Scane ends her career with 376 goals, the most all time in Division I. For someone to break that record, they'd have to average at minimum 94 goals a season. That's a mark that's been hit only 11 times in a single season, with Scane the only player to do it more than once. We might be looking at an unbreakable record.
