Again? I wouldn’t be surprised if this program folds

This would put the Sun Conference with 4 men's lacrosse teams: Webber, Keiser, SCAD and now New College. Any chance of another two other adding and getting full fledged conference?

If so this would put the AAC down to 6 although on their website they have Union listed for the 23/24 season. Any one know something about that?

Life starts this year and their WLax team plays in the Sun. So really they are at 5, looking at schools with WLax teams I could possibly see St Thomas or Warner adding MLax. Southeastern and Thomas University could also be a possibilities

Ongoing accreditation issues persist along with bankruptcy. School is likely closing its doors.

Webber has owned St Andrews for about a decade now.
If St Andrews is in trouble does this affect Webber?

I could be wrong but I am pretty sure Keiser owns Webber as well.

I know Webber keeps telling recruits they are going D2 and when you talk to Keiser they say "why would we let Webber go D2 and not us."

Either way St. Andrews has been in trouble for almost a decade. I could see them selling the school to the state to make it a satellite campus. A lot of small colleges around the country are doing that right now.

Old article, but confirms that Arthur Keiser was/is on the board for Webber & St Andrews

Siena Heights hired their coach....unfortunately its Frank Rogers. Stories go he's been run off by the players at every program he has coached. SHU was once a top tier program. This hire is a huge step back for them.

The posting doesn't show as active, so one of two things happened. They either have a coach and haven't announced it yet, or are discontinuing fielding a mens lacrosse team... Given their current financial position, I wouldn't be shocked of the latter

I know they made a couple of offers but were turned down, the womens coach just resigned so I think you may right going with the latter. That’s a shame because they were Limestone of D2 before Limestone became Limestone.

Not sure you got your info but I know him well, he’s recruited some of my players and he has never been run off by players. Leaving was always his choice trying to be in a better situation, the players I know were disappointed but happy for him to improve himself. Get your facts right before saying something like that

Gross.... I don't see that going well. However, best of luck to him!

Looks like they're continuing the search. I can't tell if this is two separate postings, or if the coach has to do both mens lacrosse and womens flag football...
