Crazy parity in the PL this year. Just take a look at these scores from Friday nights games. It wasn’t just the standings that were tight this season. Every team giving everything they had to win that last game. Great year for the league!
BU 13 - Colgate 12
Army 13 - Loyola 11
Navy 13 - Bucknell 12
Lehigh 13 - Lafayette 12

Awesome year in the league.
Tourney should be wide open. Crazy how close the seedings are. I'd say we can probably expect the unexpected in the tourney.

I don't disagree with your picks. But you don't think Loyola will get revenge against Colgate? Do they not match up as well with them as other conference teams? Could they be fatigued?

How is Lehigh playing in the finals if you have BU beating them in the semis?
Should be a great tournament. I think I read that only one team has won the tournament when they weren't a 1 or 2 seed and getting a bye? This could be the year we see a team seeded 3-6 that wins it!

Colgate is a very very talented team with terrific shooters and a great goalie. Loyola unfortunately has had 4 seasons of very very strange inconsistency. We just dont know which team will show up game day. Some days they start out hot and keep going. Other days they get jumped out the gate and they never recover. Meanwhile colgate has shown tremendous improvement over the years with Karweck leading the program.
Only way Hounds win the PLT is if they run into another team that will also be playing its 3rd game in 6 days. If they run into Army in the conference finals, Army's gonna win that match. They're the hosts and thats a very tough place to play

You all need to understand how this tournament works. Army gets the highest remaining seed Friday at 4.
Lehigh gets the lowest remaining seed at 7.
If Loyola beats Navy, they play Army in the semi.
Colgate-BU winner takes on Lehigh

BU-Gate was a great game! Two teams that mirror each other with 10 man rides and can play at a frenetic pace. Army-BU should be great as well. BU has taken the last 3 meetings including a 1 goal game last year at Army.
Lotta Big Lacrosse programs would rather not see either team in The NCAA Tournament. Two different styles but equally dangerous.

You said Army gets the
highest remaining seed on Friday, is Navy not the current highest remaining seed. I assume you meant 'Lowest'?

Definitely trending upwards.
Outside of Minicus, Colgate returns 7/8 of their top leading scorers. The top 3 all return. Losing some seniors all over the field, but I'd imagine they have some guys ready to step up + a solid incoming recruiting class. Good things to come at Colgate.

Highest=highest number. BU is 4. Navy is 3

I know it's confusing what the term highest/lowest seed definition is. Bottom line: Army would get 4,5 or 6. Loyola at 6 would play army if they won. Since they didn't, Army gets winner of 4-5 game. Navy advancing could only play Lehigh.

Any mention of Will Coletti? He's looked like he is nursing a lower body issue. I'm sure he will gut it out, but his loss could be massive if he goes down or it is aggivated with less than 48 hours to of treatment between Friday and Sunday.
