The roster is out on TowsonTigers.com. Still amazed at just one transfer this season and a ton of freshmen. Heard some of them looked very good in the fall including 6-6 Joaquin Villagomez.

The Michigan goalie — very interested in that guy.
A two year, basically their starter.

Faced of course good competition, B1G competition, got
shredded some games but also had big games against Penn
State, Hopkins and OSU.

If this is the lineup, and there are no significant lasting injuries,
despite not many transfers, and with Long and the Michigan kid
competing at goalie,

then between the Hens and the Tigers - those are the two teams
with the most talent, by far, in the CAA.

I believe any grad student that wasn't enrolled in the fall will not show up on a roster.

Agreed. Though, it's November. Stranger things have happened than a Grad student being added to the Roster in January or whenever. It's not an NCAA official list. It's just a website. But... I'm not optimistic about him playing.

Villagomez is legit.
They also got a late 2022 under the radar commit, a SE PA player who I’ll be interested if he can make an impact, presumably at
midfield, Dylan McDougall 6'3" 215lbs - out of Penncrest.

Was watching some highlights of Elijah Smith, a 6-2, 190-pound defenseman who also faces off. Played at IMG Academy. Very impressive. Not sure if I recall many Towson lax players from Omaha.

Are there no significant lasting injuries or just one significant injury? I heard there might be on in the fall but can't confirm whether it was significant or just a few months.

Don’t know, I heard the same,

I’ll guess that the entire lineup is back up and running, healthy by
the start of the season.

Mikey Weishaar had meniscus surgery, they are hoping for a return sometime in February.

Yeah, heard the same thing and also heard the worst of it. I guess hoping he'll be ready for the first month at some point. All I know is that he's a game-changer if healthy.

A transfer goalie from Michigan is hard to evaluate until live scrimmages in the spring. Michigan has historically given up 13–15 goals a game. Is it the goalie? I don’t think so. Has to do w personnel and scheme.

It’s always interesting to see what new players can come in and help. Also, who has Covid time left etc. But, Towson has not had a ball carrier since Brendan Sunday. Last year the attack was productive, but no one was a distributor. Look at Delaware, they had Kitchen and now Ward who plays behind. It’s not so much a feeder, but someone who starts the offense. Last years attack, Shilling was a low post player, Demaio a shooter, and Alvanzato was a combo player who did a nice job being a feeder.

Maybe someone will emerge from this year’s class,
it looks like there’s a lot of talent among the freshmen,

meanwhile, continue to initiate offense out of the midfield,
Berkeley is a good distributor.

Any updates on how the freshman are looking?

The only thing I saw on a Tiger’s message board was something on
Weisshaar continuing to recover and rehab,

nothing on the scrimmage.

‘Course Joaquin Villagomez is a freshman you’d think could help
out sooner rather than later,

I also saw Berkeley listed as Grad Student, so this year may be it
for him whereas I thought he had another year left.
