I had Nils Barry on my shortlist…Oops. Did someone wind up taking him? Looking real good right about now. At least Kyle Aldridge is looking good too.

That is my sleeper.
As in, he was asleep during the spring when everyone else was playing lacrosse, therefore nobody's heard of him.
You are killing me…. A lot of those D3 to D1 flips have turned out to be good players… along with D1 mid major to major. I guess I should have said that I am taking a “flyer”!
Lol if it helps he was also on my list, #2 guy remaining after Tucker Mullen went off the board. Played against him in high school. Talented kid, serious upward trajectory over the last couple years. Not sure if he’ll see time at Penn St but sleeper designation is fair imo.
Thanks. I like the upward trajectory. Don’t really need him to play this year so I can get a read.

On the bright side, year 2 is looking like a massive improvement over year 1 for me. Only so much you can do in 1 year. Dyson Williams, Owen Murphy, Kyle Aldridge, Andrew Mcadorey, Petey Lasalla will probably all individually put up more points than my entire team combined last season.

Aldridge has 5 points in his first career game as a third round midfielder. Can finally field a competitive team. And just in time to miss out on Spallina…

My first year in the league was a couple if years ago. shellengberger was my first pick. Team was awful, I was in last place and figured I would draft Brennan O’Neill…..the draft order was changed before the draft. It still smarts!

Jacoby and Tolker seeing time gives me an attack with Brandau! I was worried I’d have just 1 starting attackman after Milani appears to have lost his place!

Just need Demaio and Degnon to bring their 2021 form back…

Biggest surprise of week 0 is definitely Lax1’s Owen Murphy at Maryland.. joins a (currently) better lacrosse
College and shines brighter than before .. good for him!

I meant where is he playing? I forgot which school he transferred to. I don’t mind the shooting. He will be fine.

He’s at Rutgers. Starting on attack (for now) with Bartolo and Ross Scott. I’d assume his spot is where Brian Cameron will be when he’s healthy.

Big +1 here - I had Owen Murphy pretty much completely written off for this season. Really pleasant surprise today. Clearly a super talented kid, I just try to stay away from Terps because they have way too many top recruits who never see the field. Glad the one I wound up with broke through the noise. Still probably wish he stayed at Hopkins but whoever has Connor Desimone is definitely glad he didn’t. Really, I wish he went with Demaio to Towson…

Griffin Shutz played M vs. Air Force.

Official box score has him as an "M"

M 26 Griffin Schutz 1 0 1 2 1 1 0 0 0 0

He’s a middie this season until someone gets hurt. I have an attackman that I drafted that may be playing midfield this year. Not sure the position change will be noted on the roster.
