Great OOC Schedule for the Bombers- Fisher, Cabrini, Tufts, & Corty.
Those four games plus the LL schedule will raise their SOS in a big way.
Hopefully they didn't bite off more than they can chew.

Ithaca has needed to do this for at least the last decade. They relied on the strength of the E8 schedule too much and paid the price for a weak ooc. We will now see for sure if they belong in the post season.
In the long run they will be better off for having done this.

With regards to SOS let's also hope the trend of play between LL and NESCAC continues this season

I just saw the SLU schedule- they don't play any NESCAC teams. Lost both Bowdoin & Middlebury from last year.

In OOC Games:
I like the Cortland game & then Lynchburg in the Mustang Classic- unfortunately their other game at Mustang, which would have given them another solid OOC game, is against RIT.

New to the schedule is Colorado College and Babson.

They keep Western New England, Geneseo, Plattsburgh, & Potsdam from last year.

Losing the NESCAC games who knows. Maybe they tried and just couldn't find teams where
it fit both schools this year once they committed to Mustang

That's my guess as well. I don't think they didn't try to maintain the relationship & I'm confident the coaches know what they're doing in scheduling certain teams in certain years.

Union OOC schedule includes Williams, Middlebury and St John Fisher (instead of Mt St Mary’s (NY))

In my humble opinion any OOC team that beats Williams is going to get a big bump. They are so well coached
on defense so Union and RPI did a nice job getting them on the slate. Tigers schedule remains a mystery. I sure
hope they play Cortland and also Amherst again. Either way it's going to be a fun year once again.

No schedule out for RIT but apparently there is a neutral site game vs. Amherst.

Three in the top 20 (RIT, Union, SLU) with Ithaca and RPI getting votes. Good way to start
