St. John's 2024

Post by gymman1031 »

Wow, folks! Even though they are 4-7, considering the recent history of the program and that they didn't win a game in 2023, I think it is fair to say that the Red Storm have surprised a bit under second year Coach Justin Turri. And today, they beat Marquette for their first Big East victory since 2016!

Agree, they've been making incremental progress all season. Was surprised by the score versus Marquette. Granted, Marquette has not lived up to expectations, but St. John's beat them soundly.

Totally! And least one more conference victory and an appearance in the conference tournament would be quite a step!
