No doubt - Cruz is the know-it-all dweeb sitting in the front of the class raising his hand to answer every question the teacher does and doesn't ask.

That doesn't mean he won't get re-elected, but the fact that the race is close is very much an indictment of his personality (or lack thereof)

There is one major party out there that has attempted to improve Healthcare, improve worker protections and consumer protections, and has seen a decrease in deficits over their terms while in the White House for the past 7 presidents or so. Certainly to varying degrees of success and failure, due to internal and external forces, and with their share of problems, but they are at least trying.

It's sure not the Republicans. While I agree with a lot of R stances, they just don't follow through on implementing any of them that I value as a voter. They just pay lip-service.

Thought Clinton changed the law so they could strike? Ted Kennedy put forward, year after year, reversal of this IKE era law. Bernie and Fiengold took the reins. It is at the forefront of the DNC platform. Obama will write about his political triumph in his upcoming book.
