Re: Pennsylvania HS Lacrosse 2020
PSU gets plenty of notice for being a team with talented players but... Not enough recognition for being so heavily influenced by Philly (and Haverford) Lacrosse.

Yeah they currently have 10 players on their roster that either played in the Inter-Ac or strong publics in SE Pa.
Re: Pennsylvania HS Lacrosse 2020
That's amazing. And these are not bench players. It's pretty awesome.

Impressive. I think if you ranked the all-time best high school squads, Haverford 2015 would safely be in the top five based on what those guys have done in college.
Re: Pennsylvania HS Lacrosse 2020
and, though not this season, they've had the #1 soccer team in the nation coupled with a #1 lacrosse team. that's pretty impressive...

Re: Pennsylvania HS Lacrosse 2020
I just went back and looked at their schedule from that season and 12 of their 26 wins came against Hun School, IMG, McDonogh, St. Anthony's, Culver, Brunswick, St. Pauls, Loyola, Gilman, Episcopal (2x) and Malvern (2x)
I'm a public school guy but that's damn impressive.

Re: Pennsylvania HS Lacrosse 2020
In 2010 Malvern had four grads of their 2006 team named captains at D1 schools. The following year, at least 2 more players who had been juniors on the 2006 team were named captains of their D1College teams.

Correcto.
First practice - 3/2
First scrimmage - 3/7
First game - 3/20
The big news this year is that you can no longer bring a balloon(s) into a contest. They will be confiscated.
