STAB & Woodberry Forrest certainly will not be happy. Both are in rebuilding modes so this will not help. I guess Covenant will be impacted too but some would argue they draw from a different pool. (I would say yes but not always.) Since Blue Ridge is both a boarding school and a day school it can impact outside of VA too.

May also impact the club scene as parents in C'Ville are really tired of the drive up/down Rte 29 or back/forth on I-64 to feed the DC-NOVA/Richmond clubs respectively. The list of failed or mediocre clubs in C'Ville is long and undistinguished (Bolts, HooVille, VA Elite, Seminole, Patriot, ....)

In the middle part of this past decade, those club teams that you mentioned produced roughly 30 players who played at least one year of NCAA varsity lacrosse, multiple state high school final fours and state championships, and 3 players who ended up being All-Americans in college. I have been told, however, that those days are long gone with the current talent pool in Cville.
