Over on the Cornell forum I see someone mentions it as being on Feb 1st. and in Rochester NY (not at Cortland or Cornell), so it appears that it is still going down. Any further would be much appreciated.

Not sure of the time, but it’s happening at pinnacle athletic campus. Roughly 20 mins south of Rochester

Per pinnacle it’s Cornell, Cortland & York. Feb 1st. 12p-5pm on their Turf fields in Victor, NY.

Facing Cornell should get York in the right place, before they head down to see W&L.

Further info has York v Cornell @ 2pm and Cortland v Cornell @ 3pm. They have the facility from 12-5 so York v Cortland could fall before or after those.

Seahawks looked good in scrimmages today, easily handling VA Wesleyan and HCC (juco). And that was without several key starters out for sickness or injury. Lots of khaki pants on the sideline

Pretty quite down there in Newport News. Word on the street is they took it to Macon and Catholic in there two preseason scrimmages. Doesn’t mean much but the Unofficial scores were 21-7 against Catholic and 22-8 against RM-C. Anyone have any insight?

The Macon scrimmage when it was just the presumptive 1's playing was a lot closer. Most of R-MC one's played only the 1st Half while CNU's played throughout 3 quarters. I think it was a 1 or 2 goal difference between the two in favor of CNU when it was just 1's. Jackets were also missing a few crucial pieces that would have probably swayed the scrimmage in their favor but thats just my opinion about it.

Wow. Surprising indeed.
Been fun to watch SMC's improvement too.
On paper this year should be as competitive as ever.
I expect the Conference playoff seeds to come down to the last day of league games. Nothing written in stone this year.

CNU, I want to see if the second Rice can be as good as the first one. Matt Rice is coming from Mount St Mary’s. CNU’s biggest problem last year was FoGo, with the graduation of Tony Cruz the year before. CNU has their toughest OOC schedule ever. Their easiest game isn’t until April against cross town rival Virginia Wesleyan. This year will be fun to watch to see if the Captains are ready to make the jump into the upper echelon of the D3 teams. Their SOS has to be one of the toughest in D3.

Was watching the stream of the Salisbury game and they really need some new commentators. Those guys were awful. Salisbury looked very good however.

I was critical of then announcers last year, but have to remind myself that these are current students and in most cases have very little experience (if any) in actually playing the sport.

CNU is handling Washington College pretty easily up 10-5 at the end of the 3rd period. FoGo is still going to be a problem for the Captains.

CNU with the easy road win 15-6 over Washington College. Offense, Defense and Goalkeeping all looked very good for their first game. Achilles heal will be their Face Off.

CNU up 8-4 against Roanoke with 8:33 left in the 2nd Qtr. CNU Freshman Aaron Casteel is cleaning up on FOGO. Biggest turnaround from the first game. The Captains have scored 5 unanswered goals.
