Lewis-Palmer School District, located in Monument, CO, is looking for Assistant Boys Lacrosse Coaches at Lewis-Palmer High School beginning in the Spring of 2019. Must have previous experience in a high school Lacrosse environment. Previous experience as a Lacrosse coach at any level is also preferred. Highlands Ranch HS
Highlands Ranch High School is looking for multiple boys' varsity assistant coaches and a JV head coach to support a strong high school program. All positions are part-time. Practices are M-F at 4 pm. The spring season runs from late April to mid-June, with games every Tues/Sat. The team is currently conducting off season workouts to prepare for the spring season. Volunteers with limited time to offer are welcome.

Boys’ Lacrosse Assistant Coach (Varsity, JV, C and Goalie Coach)

Mullen High School is seeking to hire an energetic committed individual to serve as an Assistant Boys’ Lacrosse Coach. This is a part-time, opening for the 2022-2023 School Year.

Mullen High School is a Lasallian, Catholic, and college preparatory school conducted in the tradition of the Christian Brothers to give a human and Christian education to the young, especially the poor, as established in our five Lasallian Core Principles. As a member of one of the largest educational networks in the world, Mullen’s mission is to ensure its students are grounded in the living presence of God, have respect for all persons, are inclusive in their thinking, demonstrate a sensitivity toward the poor and those suffering from injustice, and are educated to prepare for excellence in college and all their future endeavors.

The Department of Athletics at Mullen High School has an opening for an Assistant Boys’ Lacrosse Coach.

This is a part-time position for the 2022-2023 school year.
Compensation from $2,000 to $5,000, depending on years of experience.
This is a temporary, seasonal position and is not benefit eligible.
This position does not come with a full time position within the school.

Essential Job Functions
Catholic and Lasallian Identity
Understands, emphasizes and supports the Lasallian and Catholic nature of the school at all times and through all responsibilities and programs in this case, ensuring that travel experiences are connected to curriculum and to the Core Principles.
Models the role of coach to promote student behavior that is supportive, and conducive, to the implementation of the school’s instructional programs and goals.
Exemplifies and upholds the expectations and actions of Lasallian professionalism among all staff.

Coach
Create and maintain a positive culture that helps students grow as student athletes and individuals
Demonstrates the objectives of the school’s core principles and values in accordance with its Mission
Assist the Head Coach in development of lower level program(s) and coaches to include varsity assistant coaches with the expectation to follow and exemplify the school’s Mission
Be a positive role model consistent with the school’s Mission
Maintain effective communication with athletes, boosters, school administration, staff, students, parents and the community
Perform other duties as they are assigned within the best interest for the program

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
General
Understanding of and commitment to the Lasallian and Catholic nature of the school.
Strong decision-making, analytical and organizational skills.

Communication and Relationship
Ability to communicate, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with all people, including those from diverse ethnic and educational backgrounds.
Excellent interpersonal relations and oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from parents, administrators, community stakeholders, etc. Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with students, school personnel, parents, vendors, peers and other stakeholders.
Ability to understand and be sensitive to those of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
Ability to use tact, patience and courtesy when dealing with others.
Advanced skill in dealing with students and staff with diverse needs at various levels.
Knowledge of understanding of adolescent physical, emotional, and intellectual development.

Qualifications
Coaching high school Boys’ Lacrosse experience preferred
Comprehensive up-to-date knowledge of Boys’ Lacrosse latest trends techniques, strategies, and technical skills
Possesses an enthused love for Boys’ Lacrosse has a desire to develop the fundamental skills of high school athletes
Work within the framework of a Lasallian, Catholic, and College Prep institution
