Re: Syracuse
Sounds about right. Right now, I think the Orange, Maryland, North Carolina, Northwestern and Notre Dame have decent shots at the national title in 2020. BC will be better than originally expected with some transfers (and I figured they be solid anyway), but not sure if that'll be enough to make it back to championship weekend this year.
Given the experience and talent, this is SU's best chance for a title since 2012. I still think we could have gotten it in 2013 if Tumolo didn't tear her ACL.

Easily my favorite player for the Orange. Number 44—Mary Rahal

Re: Syracuse
An excellent player in her own right, she's often overshadowed by the higher profile players. She will be missed after this year.wlaxnut wrote: ↑Fri Feb 07, 2020 8:11 am Easily my favorite player for the Orange. Number 44—Mary Rahal

SU Men and Women win the National Title this season. Very possible. Anyone besides UNC every done this? In the same year? MD?

I thought Natalie Wallon was coming back for a Grad year, but I didn't see her on the roster.

Also MD and Princeton. (See above.) As for SU Men's Lacrosse, I'm going to curb my tongue because this is the wrong thread to have the discussion.
But I adamantly disagree.

She was on the roster until recently. She's had injury problems for the last couple of years. I wonder if that's what the issue is.

Re: Syracuse
Speaking of SU, 20 degrees and snowing. In the dome but should effect the turnout for the Mens and Womens games.

Re: Syracuse
Syracuse having no problems in their season opener against Canisius. 'Cuse up 14-4 at the half.
Gotta say though, Gilbert in goal has looked pretty good so far for the Golden Griffons.
Update: Syracuse have no problems in their season opener with a 21-6 win over Canisius.

Megan Carney doesn't make the top fifty list here on another thread.
C'mon, somebody's not looking.
