That said, it is an occasion to meet/greet old and new friends...many of whom you would recognize in person...naaaaah, the players look waaaaaaay different off the field. They clean up rather nicely. Do note TL is speaking not only of the women players...the boys, too.
TL did spend a bit of time with TL’s dear friend Acacia.
She is still disappointed but always gracious and kind. Coach Acacia Walker-Weinstein will have her Eagles flying high again! TL sought out Kenzie Kent who recalled the first time we met. She is a most impressive young lady...off the field as well as on.
Was extremely thrilled to meet, at last, Kayla Treanor!
She is amazing! Fun, engaging, and simply lovely. She was waaaaay surprised to learn I was a pal of the GOAT and Taylor’s ‘rents who made the introduction. Ms Treanor seemed surprised that TL actually knew important lax people...including her coach! 
Seriously, you could have field another championship team with the stars present. JenAdams, Dana Dobbie, Katie (Schwarzmann) Haus, Taylor Cummings, Caitlyn McFadden, Kenzie Kent, Kayla Treanor, Caroline Steele, et al. (Apologies to any not cited.)
TL had a funny encounter with a former nu Evil Empire middie who TL did not recognize nor exchange names. She was hilarious as we compared ‘game notes’ whilst enjoying adult beverages.
