Tough road trip for NA.
Re: VISAA Division I 2019
Predicting just one upset: STAB to win. Face off and Def weak links as always. Offense showing results that was always promised. Seniors Connor Shellenberger, Trent Moran and Emmett Barger should put team on collective shoulders and carry them through this game.

Close game when they played on 4/6 in C'ville. If NA travels well to Nova, could see an upset vs. PVI too. PVI lost to SJC 14-5 Friday.

Re: VISAA Division I 2019
I’m definitely not predicting an upset but BR should give St. Chris a better game than they did during the regular season matchup. Should be 4 really good games tomorrow!

Re: VISAA Division I 2019
no doubt...BRS had trouble with St.C pressure last game. They'll know what to expect this time.
Re: VISAA Division I 2019
St. C will also know who carries BRS and who does not. Face offs will go a long way here. St. C would love to limit BRS' possessions and St. C's FO man has been good all season. As an added point, St. C's middies really work the defensive end.JohnnyWest24 wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2019 1:28 pm no doubt...BRS had trouble with St.C pressure last game. D&D - Over the years, St.C lax has done a great job recruiting DMs from the FB team.

Re: VISAA Division I 2019
So (I think)
St. C. vs PVI
SSSA vs STAB
if so, then ST. C vs SSSA is my prediction for finals.
Starting to think regardless of who I think would win, I would like St C. to win...Undefeated ST C would be ranked higher than any other outcome so Va can have a HS team get some national recognition.

D&D,
Your bracket is correct. I have to agree with you on the favorites for the championship game as well. The latest UA/IL national rankings had SSSAS at #21 and STC at #25. That ranking has to based on the strength of schedule for SSSAS because they lost to STC head to head earlier in the season. Either way the four remaining teams definitely deserve to still be playing.

SSSAS 10-5 win over PVI today. Saints went out to 4-0 lead in Q1. 7-2 at half.
Re: VISAA Division I 2019
Congrats SSSA. Certainly peaking at right time. Not sure of other teams’ status but 2020 will be a lean year for STAB unless players are brought in.
8 players on STAB & Albemarle started playing together 12 years ago. 4 going D1, 2 going D3, 1 going to Europe for a year and not sure on 8th.
