Re: Towson 2021

The 2020 season wasn't a pleasant one for Towson. But with a heap of talent returning, the Tigers look more than capable of rebounding and sitting amongst the top of the CAA once again this spring.

Re: Syracuse 2021

In 2021, Syracuse looks to have all the pieces in place to finish what they started during the shortened 2020 season and make their first Championship Weekend appearance since 2013.

Re: Penn 2021

In recent years, the goalie position at Penn has been one of their strengths. With a pipeline of sorts now built at the position, what could things look like in cage post-Burkinshaw and how far can the Quakers stretch this pipeline? https://lacrossebucket.com/2020/11/08/how-far-will-penns-goalie-pip...

Hartford

Hartford head coach Ryan Martin has been suspended for the first regular-season game of the 2021 season, among other punishments as a result of self-reported NCAA violations.

Re: MAAC 2021

Since Liam Gleason's arrival in Loudonville, Siena has seen a resurgence on the offensive end. In 2021, we could see that progress turn into the most wins to date in the Gleason era

Re: St. Joseph's

Since Taylor Wray arrived on Hawk Hill ahead of the 2012 season, Saint Joseph's has done everything except win their conference. With the current landscape of the NEC, could 2021 be the year they get over that hump? https://lacrossebucket.com/2020/11/03/st-josephs-is-the-dark-horse-to-watch-in-the-n...

Re: Big Ten 2021

Addition of the Kirst boys and faceoff help will give the Scarlet Knights much needed help where they need it most. Their D will be better than thought and the offense can be the difference in most games. I pick them to make the Big Ten final and an NCAA bid. Totally agree they can do it. And I lov...

Re: MAAC 2021

Since the program's first season in 2019, St. Bonaventure has made progress in multiple areas. But the one goal they are still trying to reach is claiming their first win, which they could very well get this spring. https://lacrossebucket.com/2020/11/02/in-2021-st-bonaventure-seeks-first-win-in-prog...

Re: Big Ten 2021

I’d flip PSU and OSU. Seems like Tambroni has hit his stride in building the program and expect him to reload even in years he doesn’t have an Ament/Siebald coming back. But he’s a Bart alum who took Cornell to places it’s only otherwise been pre 1990 so I’m biased. PSU will be strong up the middle...

Re: Is a 2021 season going to happen?

Hampton suspends spring sports. First DI to do so, at least as far as lacrosse schools go.

Re: NEC 2021

After a historic 2019 season, Sacred Heart took a step back during their shortened 2020 campaign. Will their offensive firepower be enough for them to rebound this spring?

While Rutgers has been elevated to new heights during the Brian Brecht era, the Scarlet Knights' 16-year NCAA Tournament drought remains. After being extremely close in recent history, could 2021 be the year they get over that hump? https://lacrossebucket.com/2020/10/29/high-expectations-lead-rutger...

Re: UVA LACROSSE 2021

Payton Cormier transferring out would be a pretty big loss for UVA, particularly in a year when the ACC is so stacked. UVA. Is not loaded with lefties so adding Bertrand is looking pretty wise. I believe that the incoming freshmen, Maher and McIntosh are both lefties. Hopkins with Grant as an assis...

Providence 2021

Under Chris Gabrielli Providence has continually churned out top-tier defenses. But in 2021, they could also have their most loaded offense ever. With that mix the Friars could make a serious push in the Big East. https://lacrossebucket.com/2020/10/26/is-providence-ready-to-be-a-serious-contender-in...
