Sure hope so.This is one of the reasons why I am so excited about the addition of Joe Conner. He is an outstanding person who not only sees the field clearly but also deeply understands all of the above. I hope to see much progress in this area with his leadership.

Re: Dartmouth Men's Lacrosse
Interesting to hear the commentary on the lack of response in recruiting. I was under the impression when the program opened their purses to bring in the Associate Head Coach/Offensive Coordinator/Recruiting Coordinator this was one of his charges to improve. As well as actually hitting the cage wit...

Why are these officials so involved? Maybe they are bored because no more timer ons? Let these teams play.

0-5 Binghamton comes to Scully-Fahey tomorrow to face the 1-3 Big Green. Bing losses: Colgate, Hobart, Lafayette, Delaware, Army Dartmouth Losses: Boston, Bryant, UMass Lowell Dartmouth Win: Wagner I would say up until today Bing has the stronger SOS. Have yet to see them play, any intel? Can the Bi...

I thought the player actually stepped in the crease before diving. Just how I saw it.In OT they got lucky when a goal by Bryant was waived off for a crease violation when player dove (properly) across the front of the goal. Watching it, even though I'm a Stags fan, the goal should have counted.

Re: Dartmouth Men's Lacrosse
Don't agree with this.....at all. Wish I felt the same..... After 3 games I have yet to see the horses to run & gun. I am not saying that is necessary to compete, but at times the Green could push a bit more. If you are correct in saying Dartmouth has horses to run, well lets see them! Are they...

Good battle, 2 goal lead with under 3 min, couldn't hang on. Had a few chances at the end, but a few errors got in the way.

Re: Dartmouth Men's Lacrosse
I thought settled D and Man Down were both good. Transition was the weak spot yesterday. Goalie played average. Shooting was miserable. Overall stick skills were not present. In their defense, it was really cold so I am not sure how they could even hold a stick. But the Riverhawks seemed to figure i...

Re: Coaches Running the Show
1.Early recruiting, completely driven by coaches, some more than others, finally resolved by the NCAA. 2. Early Scheduling, Coaches don't like playing mid week games so the games have been scheduled earlier and earlier. Lacrosse has become a winter sport, and it hurts everyone, players, fans, etc. ...

Trainor is a horse out there. UMASS has moments of greatness, would love to see them run deep into May.

Predictions: 1-Amherst - Score more goals! 2-Tufts - Still able to turn on the jets when they want to. 3-Wesleyan - playing with swagger (justifiable) 4-Bates - Interesting start, ran with RIT, snuck one out vs Babson, strong w vs Midd. 5-Williams - Not convinced they will hang around here. Up or do...

Re: Dartmouth Men's Lacrosse
Good win for the Big Green on the road in lousy conditions vs a team they "should" beat. I liked seeing the scoring spread out a bit on Saturday. Turnovers don't bother me if they are done while trying to execute, the issue is unforced turnovers, improve in that category and you have somet...

Re: Dartmouth Men's Lacrosse
Dartmouth does not have the horses to run and gun. BUT, they can take advantage of more unsettled situations. They have to find more ways to score than 6 vs 6. Wagner is a game DC needs, if not this weekend then when will they find w's?

Word is the David Evans and his wife Allison will be inducted into the Brown Athletic Hall of Fame on the evening of 10/20, along with the entire 1991 Brown lacrosse team. Coupled with the 2019 team-alumni game in the morning, it should be a big lacrosse reunion. Talk about one the Ivy League All T...

Re: The next wave of Head Coaches
I don't see Danehy as a HC, at the type of program that he'd "want", for quite some time. He's bounced all over the place, and I think he'd be a risk right now. My hunch is that he needs 3-4 solid years as a coordinator ant top assistant to get back in that pipeline. "He'd want"...
