I thought it would be interesting to talk about teams that are improving and maybe even surprising people as well as those programs that may be going in the wrong direction. A few off the top of my head would be Liberty and Army .

Watched the UNC JMU game. UNC dominated every facet of the game. JMU could not get DC and when they did the attack was not effective. They don't have the 1v1 dodge to goal talent that UNC does. Everyone will be wanting some payback against JMU this season.
