Re: NCAC 2019

I think that we need to accept the current landscape of the NCAC. I hate to say this, but the vast majority of the games that Denison and OWU play in the NCAC not be close. A couple of years ago, it looked like Wooster, Witt or Kenyon could take a step forward and compete with the titans of the NCA...

Re: NCAC 2019

How about Whittier coming into town assuming they were going to beat up on Wooster to get their legs under them for a shot at the crown of OH with Dension. Whittier Beat all other NCAC schools they played this season, but apparently slept on Wooster. Maybe Woo has some in conference tricks up their ...

Re: NCAC 2019

Fellas, Did i call it or did I call it. My pick on Woo might have been a little off (Dont sleep though, scots are a force to be reckoned with). But OWU has not come out hot, Last year they beat OTT 18-6, year before that they beat them 20-5. This year they squeak by by the hair of their chin in over...

Re: NCAC 2019

Several NCAC teams have interesting out of conference games this weekend. Kenyon travels to Columbus to play a very good Capital team. Several programs in the OAC have closed the gap over the past few years with competitive matchups vs NCAC programs. Last year Captial beat DePauw and lost close gam...

Re: NCAC 2019

Depauw is doing a great job getting kids out of the Chicago area. Loyola/New trier compete with the best high schools in the country every year, Depauw has been able to get kids who didnt peak in high school and are still on an upward trajectory going into college. #23 on the Depauw didnt play much ...

Re: NCAC 2019

The middle three (Wooster, Kenyon, Wittenberg, and kind of Depauw) are only going to keep getting better. Denison/OWU are due for an upset, just hopefully happens in the NCAC playoffs to shake things up a bit. More parity in the conference benefits everyone.

Re: NCAC 2019

The shot clock rule wont change OWU's style of play all that much, they consistently push the ball in transition with a strong core of dmids who can play offense too. But like we said, they are losing all of those mids to graduation, and are going to have to find some kids to get the ball on the gro...

Re: NCAC 2019

Good to see everyone has made the transition. Any fallball updates in the NCAC? Denison and OWU front runners as usual for 2019, but will the middle finally make the jump? Depauw showed promise last season making the NCAC playoff for the first time, Oberlin has fallen off a bit since 2016, and Woost...
