Re: Syracuse 2021
I’d be shocked if he ever puts on a SU uniform again... these allegations are really, really bad and the team believes them.

Re: Transfer Portal
Jack Rapine, a fellow 2016 UD grad, could join Sowers at Duke. As one of if not the best defensemen in the portal, it would definitely be interesting to see them playing together in '21.

Re: NESCAC 2020
Not so sure how things will shake up with Amherst. Two very problematic instances in two years is a terrible look for the team, and I cannot imagine will be without team wide disciplinary action.

Re: NESCAC 2020
Conn College plays at Wesleyan tonight. 7pm. Hoping for an all senior send off. Can’t imagine the emotions the seniors must be feeling, just glad they get at least 1 more game.

Re: NJ 2019
Yes, but both games, especially the second, were very close. No doubt that Lakes has been game planning for delbarton since. Montgomery looked very talented in person, so Delbarton cant afford to look past them like Seton Hall Prep did to Don bosco prep.

Re: NJ 2019
Unsurprisingly, Summit blew out Morristown beard and will face Mountain Lakes in the TOC semifinal. Not much more that I took away from this game. The second game was much more competitive but Montgomery eventually pulled away and comfortably advanced 13-9 against a frustrated moorestown squad. Face...

Re: 2019 summer transfers
Hearsay info on Gray: He is leaving because he was denied admission to the biz school at BU. Also his GPA, while good, but not great, MAY preclude admission to an Ivy. He is a terrific player, but it's nice to see that he is making a decision based on 40 years not 4 (now 2). Remember, this is secon...

Re: Transfer Poll - Chris Gray
All of them take transfers. Transferring into mcintire can be done straight externally junior year. Doubt Mendoza is it, the requirements are very specific and it is highly unlikely many of the classes needed to be sufficiently on his way to a degree are completed by now. My pick is georgetown, I th...

Re: NJ 2019
As a Mass guy, I’m continually impressed by the unsung awesomeness of NJ lax, and especially the Tournament of Champions. It seems like an amazing format that doesn’t get enough credit- these kids play in some crazy competitive sections and then play on in a state tourney? That mixes public and pri...

Re: NJ 2019
First two are in. Debby takes A with a 12-7 decision over Don Bosco. Mobeard takes the crown in one of the craziest comebacks I've ever seen, 8-7, over rutgers prep who let 7-2 midway through the fourth. The Delbarton DBP got off to a fast start with Delbarton scoring 2 goals in the first 25 seconds...

Re: PLL Launch (Saturday and Sunday, June 1 and 2)
I may have missed it, did the PLL advertise their league and the upcoming opening weekend during the NCAA Finals? Or was their some conflict of interest with NBC and ESPN. I suppose that is why they threw Paul a bone during halftime? Yes they did advertise during their he finals, but the ads didnt ...

Re: NJ 2019
Largely agree, especially with pingry. I would have favored delbarton by a few after seeing both teams live. The SHP O hasnt been right for a couple games, and delbarton is on a roll after beating the nations #2 team. im most interested in seeing if manasaquan can make the mountain lakes game compet...

Re: NJ 2019
Wow. I was at both NPA games, will share my thoughts later. Gutsy win from the DBP boys. Especially considering theyre down one of the best defensive players and one of the best offensive weapons in the state. Impressive coaching job and game plan. Very hard to pull an upset when youre getting domin...

Re: NJ 2019
Though they ultimately prevailed, delbarton and st. augustine both had unexpected scares against their opponents in the quarters of non public a today. Delbarton trailed st joes 4-1 at the half, winning out 12-8. It was tied 5-5 going into the fourth for st. augustine, who then blew out cba with 5 u...

Re: NJ 2019
1N: Lakes with ease, caldwell is good but lakes is another level. 1S: Dont see Manaquan being challenged. 2N: This is summits to lose. As WMC proved against lakes they can be very dangerous. I think summit, WMC, and Ramapo are all legit contenders. If WMC or Ramapo can play deliberate, slow, grindin...

Re: Today's Interesting HS Boys Games
Delbarton takes down undefeated #3 Chaminade 12-9. Delbarton mucked up the face offs, winning almost 50% in the first half against Chaminade. Dominant defensive effort in the first half by Delbarton and they were able to fend off the come back. The disrespect for NJ lax on the national scene is ver...
