I'm happy that Catawba updated their athletic website. Hated their old one. New AD is a rockstar and is making excellent changes to their department. Website, coaching hires, and little things in the department will make a huge difference. Hiring Murph is a huge step forward for them lacrosse wise.

Very good list. I am very curious to see how Rollins fairs in the SSC this year. They have been excelling in the portal and collecting studs to try and beat Tampa so I am very curious to see how that match up goes this year. Josh Shingleton named Head Coach at Lees McRae. Was assistant in 2021 and served as Head Women's Coach and Men's Assistant in 2022.
