Re: Notre Dame 2024

People talk about the 2022 Maryland team as being a "generational" team; I submit this group from ND the last two years as having surpassed them. You can argue about going undefeated, etc. but you have to give this group it's due - the last two seasons they have been outstanding. Congrats ...

Oglethorpe (GA) is open
Seemingly revolving door - how long was this most recent coach there? Might say more about the amount of support Oglethorpe is giving the program than anything else.

Re: Coaching Carousel 2024

A pretty good tool that takes many things into account. Unfortunately, it only looks at private schools. While your point is valid, I would take these "grades" with a grain of salt. For example, Northland College needed hail mary donations to remain afloat for this year and moving forward...

Maybe be a state requirement? I'm betting Cornaire is not going anywhere but instead the school is just advertising it since it's a switch in status.

Re: ODAC 2024

The only reason people say Pilat coaches good goalies is because of Ian Davies being a literal GOD between the pipes (19 saves, 11 GA in Noke's last W vs the Hornets) during his time. Since then, the play between the pipes has diminished, but I also think the Bugs stepped up their shooting. Quick s...

Re: Roanoke 2024

What makes Pilot legendary? What has he won? Is he a legend because of longevity? Other than that Roanoke was good in the 80’s and decent in the 90’s. Not much to see there. Okay, I'll bite . . . Coach Pil A t is in the Top 10 all-time, all-divisions for wins (needs to be updated but his inclusion ...

Re: Possible face-off changes

Sources tell me Tambroni is pushing this, funny when Arceri was all big ten he had no problem with face offs. The rule committee is a bunch of self-serving frauds. If it's really Tambroni, then Marr is his mouthpiece because Marr is the one who spoke up. Regardless, as someone else pointed out a fe...

Re: Coaching Carousal

My son plays on the team, I can confirm this. It is unfortunate, but he was let go this week by the D&E Athletics Staff. This team is full of unbelievable kids who will be on their 4th Coach in One Year, we are extremely hopeful that they can finally find a Coach who can stay and provide stabil...

Re: Trouble at Tampa?

Strange, Whipple being physical with staff or players before, I am shocked. (insert sarcastic emoji here) Jaded former assistants don't file suits against coaches or departments if they want to stay in the business. This guy either doesn't know that or feels very strongly about his case. To me this...
