Re: Teams you won’t recognize in 2025
Denver also loses a bunch - FOGO who has taken almost all draws in Stathkis, top leading scorers in Silstrop and Lampert, Connell, starting goalie Kleban, starting d-men, DiBenedetto, and Hangland, and starting LSM Mercucio.

Re: Teams you won’t recognize in 2025
Notre Dame loses a bunch:
Pat Kavanaugh, Eric Dobson, Liam Entemann, Reilly Gray, Chris Conlin, Devon McLane, Marco Napolitano, Carter Parlette, Ross Burgmaster.
Still think they will be pretty good next year, but that's a lot.

Re: #4 Syracuse vs Towson Sunday @ 7:30
Who are the Dodgers for Syracuse? Attack & midfield? Stevens and Leo at mid. Finn Thomson can be slippery in 2 man game. They don’t have attackmen who can beat their man with any consistency English is probably the main initiator for the first line. I think all three attackmen can dodge, but no...

Re: Syracuse 2024
Where the hell is Joey Spallina on the All-ACC team? Someone in an earlier post said this is based off of ACC games only. Horseshit...it's based off the entire season. They quote their stats for the WHOLE season in the article that was released 2 days ago. Hiltz is on the team over Spallina? Seriou...

Re: UNC 2024
i agree the pool of candidates would be good and maybe surprise some people. and let's not pretend breschi crushed it @ tosu. I have no doubt that there are a lot of people who would be interested in job if it were to become available. It's one of the premier jobs in the sport. But who would be the...

Re: UNC 2024
This sums it up: gritty win by UNC players who never gave up on themselves…..great lasting memory on a disappointing season. Inexcusable coaching blunder to be unaware of what it took to guarantee a post season bid. Coaching staff responsible for lack of post season play. Could have reminded the te...

Re: Johns Hopkins 2024
If Hopkins is seeded ahead of Cuse it's because they will have a lot more quality wins. Right now they have 7 to Cuse's 4. Is having three more wins and the higher RPI enough to overcome the areas where Cuse has the advantage? (e.g. the H2H, not having a "bad loss"). Reasonable people can...

Re: Johns Hopkins 2024
IL has denver and cuse over hopkins in bracketology even though all of Hopkins other metrics and stats are better solely because of head to head. More clown stuff. Notion that the top team in the 2nd best conference would be a 5 seed behind a 3rd place team and a conference champ of the 4th best co...

Ierlan might be a 1st team all american Who wants to chip in to fund the Gianfacaro NIL? I'm good for $20. It's an interesting question. I haven't heard anything, but it would seem like the Jays make sense on paper but will be competing with a few other teams (if the decision isn't made already, it...

Re: UVA @ Syracuse Sat. 4/20 2 pm
Have complimented Cuse - staff and players - multiple times for returning to prominence, etc this year, but, the daily posts from Cuse fanatics demanding we all genuflect to the mastery of their attackmen is beyond annoying. He's an excellent player, no doubt, and no fair minded fan should say diff...

Re: Johns Hopkins 2024
On Collison, I'll just use this discussion as an excuse the lament the death of the old-school middie. They just don't really exist anymore - there are no Rabils, Harrisons, Curriers (thumb on the ball at the dot notwithstanding), Tinneys, Schriebers, Conrads, let alone Dressels. The game has chang...

Re: Johns Hopkins 2024
Enjoying the moment for now, but it is shocking how much is lost next year. The entire attack and 1st midfield along with almost all of the starting defense will be gone to graduation. That’s … not true. Collison is only a sophomore. Melendez has another year of eligibility if he wants it. I think ...

Re: Duke Fans
Interesting that the Duke offensive strategy can make Michael Sowers and O'Neill into regular players. How does that happen? Their midfield (as a whole) has not been very good since the ~15'....and their midfield roster depth grows each year. It's like Matt is too attack focused or has a hard time ...

Re: Syracuse 2024
Actually, some teams have tried to short Cormier but haven’t had much success with the strategy. Yes… you can have a straight finisher and be fine, if have some dodgers around him. Though UVa ride has suffered, compared to prior Lars teams. Tiernan (Michigan) and Cormier are at the top of the natio...

Re: Syracuse 2024
I am curious with all the midfield depth if anyone sees Leo/Rhoa/Birtwistle sliding down to attack. Spallina already plays the right point on attack, and could play the right wing interchangeably with the 3rd attackmen, leaving Hiltz on the left. My concern for Syracuse would be expecting teams to ...
