Re: Be better Merrimack
Having not witnessed the incident, would someone clarify how Merrimack's coach reacted/interacted wit the refs and as to how he handled the players actions? TIA

Re: Atlantic 10 2024
A-10 should get a bit more respect. Too bad the selection committee will only give the A 10 one slot in the playoffs. I'd be willing to bet that none of the rest of the field would like to meet St. Joes or Richmond in the 1st round.

Re: Hobart 2024
The refs made the right call on disallowing the goal. You can't land in the inner crease on your own momentum no matter what. Honestly, the team looked like they were playing not to lose vs. win the F#cking game. We have a goalie battle come fall ball. Really happy to see Bach and Datellas go out wi...

Re: Hobart 2024
It sounded like Raymond will be returning as well as a few players mentioned. He talks about this being D 1 lacrosse and the toughness needed....hhmmm. Criticism is part of stepping into this level of college athletics, for every participant... players, coaches, even us fans. It will be interesting...

Marcellus defeats Jamesville-Dewitt 12-11 in OT. Anyone have any insights?

Re: Hobart 2024
Princeton went on to win the championship that year defeating Maryland 15-5. Guess MD failed to get off the bus too.... and Bart lost to 6th ranked UVA in the 1st round.

Re: Hobart 2024
There is a bunch of suggestions on coaching changes. Did I miss something? I thought Raymond was signed for multiple years and brundage just got a new deal? As much as I would love to see Patterson in the orange and purple for 3 more years because he is really talented from what I have seen…….i wou...

Lots of bits an pieces here. Interesting comment on the broadcasting duo - hadn't thought of that. I have always appreciated that they seem to know a lot more than other school's "local" crew so it makes it seem more professional. But it is a good point that "professional" may m...

Re: Hobart 2024
Flip the table? For a coach who won’t go to the TP, all I can see is a mass exodus after this disastrous season. not sure the transfer portal is necessary for us. We are a team that needs to play 30-35 kids. We have to win with the system, not the horses. I think what Fl-Go is saying is that he exp...

Re: Hobart 2024
Bad day to have a sub-par shooting, especially in the first half. HPU's goalie came up with some big saves late. Hobart's reputation for leaving guys alone on the crease is intact. 3 of High Point's goals were from guys left open on the crease. Not sure, but I think Sam Ward has a medical redshirt y...

Re: Coaches On The Hot Seat 2024
I'm sure there's a major financial consideration to consider but hard to think Raymond isn't on a major hot seat. Hobart has taken some major steps backwards and look overwhelmed in the A-10. I was waiting to see if someone other than a Hobart fan would write something. Don't disagree with it eithe...

Re: Hobart 2024
Chandler and Winterbottom are both 6'2", B Johnson 6'2". Remember, the data you see on the recruiting profiles are from when they commit, which these days is the beginning to middle of their junior year in high school. A lot changes over the next 2 years for most.

Re: Hobart 2024
I caught some of a Hobart game and the teams seems very small, outside of that giant attackman. Looking at your roster there are a lot of 5'8"-5-10" size guys. The A10 isn't one of the top conferences but even there I can't imagine a lot of athletes that size will be competitive against b...
