Re: NY- CHSAA 2020
Not sure if I'm in the right forum, but I'm just curious as to how the New York State Playoffs work. Why is it that Chaminade and St. anthony's don't play for a state championship and are the only teams in their group? How come some years there is no aaa championship at all? They do play for a stat...

Re: New Jersey 2020
I don't think the TOC champion is gonna be particularly strong next year. They had an extremely talented 2019 class that carried much of their workload. I'm not saying it'll be a stretch for them to win Group 1, and predicting Glen Ridge may have been going out on a little bit of a limb, but I don't...

Re: New Jersey 2020
I'm thinking:
G1: Glen Ridge
G2: Summit
G3: Chatham
G4: Hunterdon Central
NPa: SHP
NPB: Pingry
South doesn't look that strong this year without Manasquan and maybe Moorestown can make a push for G3

The staff seems to be doing a really good job bringing in some really talented 2021s.

Re: DARTMOUTH 2020
2021 class is looking a little shallow right now. Obviously it’s very early, but the other Ivies seem to be way ahead of Dartmouth right now.

Re: DARTMOUTH 2020
Anybody know anything about any of the 2020 or 2021 recruits. I know people are talking about Dartmouth changing the culture, but this doesn’t seem to be reflected in their inactivity with recruiting.

Re: NJ 2019
Crazy to think about SHP without Coach Giarusso. I know he’s a great guy and a fantastic coach. Anybody have any details on his firing?

Re: NJ 2019
Anybody at the Jersey Strong Showcase yesterday? Always a great event and saw the top group with SHP, Haverford, Lakes, and Ridgewood which looked pretty interesting. Also Delbarton, Ridge, Malvern Prep, and Summit was a pretty strong group. Based on what I’ve seen in 2019 SHP looks to be returning...

Re: NJ 2019
As a Mass guy, I’m continually impressed by the unsung awesomeness of NJ lax, and especially the Tournament of Champions. It seems like an amazing format that doesn’t get enough credit- these kids play in some crazy competitive sections and then play on in a state tourney? That mixes public and pri...

@Dunker
I’m not a big golf guy, but I do know that it’s a lot different with golf. No referees, they don’t play games, etc.

Re: PLL Launch (Saturday and Sunday, June 1 and 2)
Just something I thought of: I feel like the Atlas may get some “special” calls and stuff like that from officials with Paul Rabil who founded the league being on their team. Hopefully this won’t happen, but could definitely see it being a possibility. Don’t recall any sports league where the commis...

Re: NJ 2019
At about the halfway point in this season what teams seem to be the top contenders for each group?
