Re: NYS Section V
CA vs. Victor will be interesting this year. CA took victor to OT before Victor's eventual run to another state championship, they both have a legitimate shot at a Section V title this year. Class B in section V is as tough as any league around, are there any other legitimate contenders out there t...

Re: NY Section V (Rochester area)
Congrats to Jim Andre and his staff. 4 out of the last 5. State champions. This was not the most talented but it tenacity and grit paid off. Victor has the formula from youth to midfield to jv. All the programs are successful. I would not be surprised to see victor back again next year

Re: 2019 NYS Public High School State Tournament
Class A - Not a good match-up for Fairport. Overall, Class A in "Upstate" was down this year. Massapequa +5 Class B - Did not think Victor would be in position this year, because they are not the typical dominant Victor team we have become used to...since 2015. However, team confidence an...

Re: 2019 NYS Public High School State Tournament
VIctor made it look easy tonight, fogo was perfect i believe, A few early turnovers, that gave vestal a 2-0 lead, but that was it, All Victor. 5th straight state finals... Coaching staff must be doing something right... would have never guessed this after the CA game I didn’t think Victor would eve...

Re: NY Section V (Rochester area)
Tough pill to swallow for Cdga, turning the ball over in the last minute plus, up by two. Wonder why no timeout was called when ball carrier got in trouble on the endline. Pretty sure CA had one left. In the end Victor made the plays when they had to- great effort to keep the ball in play on sideli...

Re: NY Section V (Rochester area)
Nigel want happened to Ca? Had the game won but fall apart the last 2 minutes of the game. Had a solid d plan but failed to finish. I. Do not think the sportsmanship award is in the cards this year. Sat on the Ca side of the stands. I understand frustration but the language towards the victor fans u...

Re: NY Section V (Rochester area)
Been a while since you cracked on Cdga Roclax. I'm wondering if somewhere in your past (if you played) the Braves beat your team or ended your season. Wouldn't be surprised... For the record, CA isn't a large school; they're a B school. The (7) large schools are in Class A. Within the local B schoo...

Re: NY Section V (Rochester area)
We can expect Section V Commissioner Gordon to vacation this summer at Nigel’s lakeside abode now that Canandaigua has secured the #1 seed in Class B. Quite a feat to jump over both Victor and Brighton, which was undefeated in B. Oh well, confounding seeding formulas are a right of spring like robi...

Re: NY Section V (Rochester area)
VIctor looked impressive, they are beginning to put it all together. It will be a Brighton Victor final in B. CA has too many holes to fill. Fairport still has the edge in A. Just weeks away to playoffs

Re: NY Section V (Rochester area)
Made my way out to Victor last night to see what i thought would be a good game. Good for the first quarter and then Victor just outplayed CA. Bellis and Pfiefer were nonexistent. CA lacked the technical skills on D. Victor played sloppily, but still out gunned with Pezzimenti and Hay with assists a...

Re: NY Section V (Rochester area)
A - It looks like Fairport to lose, playing very well right no B - Brighton looks to be the front runner, will see tomorrow as they play Victor. Victor is down, even with Hay and Pezzimenti, they do not have the depth or the skill level of years past. CA, win a close one to thomas is awful this year...

Some interesting games to see how the season will play out this week:
Brighton V. Thomas... Can Thomas reload..
VIctor V Pittsford... The same, does VIctor and Pittsford have the depth and the ability to reload

Welcome roclax! Hopefully you're not a one & done poster. Enjoy another episode of BLN (particularly the young man working hard on his FOs at the 4:50 mark). As they say, haters gonna hate. 36B6Pi9rCM4 Not a hater, but someone who has watched a lot of lacrosse and call it like it is...

Re: NY Section V (Rochester area)
UA/IL poll from March 20 has Victor at #22. We will see. BLN Week One episode vXgmH7yyETI I still think CA is better than them. I have no facts to back that up, just a hunch. IMO Victor vs Canandaigua with their close proximity to each other are a natural traditional rivalry. CA has been quiet for ...
