You guys don't understand, Lacrosse is played outside of Maryland. You can find good players everywhere. I live west of the Mississippi and we love the sport as much as you do. A lot of east coast players are settling out here and teaching the kids the right way to play.

I feel bad for the seniors of these schools. Losing out on their last season. I understand the severity of this virus but there is still a lot of questions regarding it’s strengths.

With the NESCAC out for the season. The CAC can have 4 schools in the top 20 with SVU getting votes.

CNU hosts H-SC on Saturday in Newport News. This is always a tough game for both teams. CNU is on a 2 game winning streak with a 4-2 Home Record against HSC. The Captains are 6-2 the past 8 games.

Final Score CNU 24- Roanoke 12. Roanoke had no defense today. CNU totally dominated all facets of the game. Here is the scary part, CNU only has 5 seniors on their roster. CNU up 8-4 against Roanoke with 8:33 left in the 2nd Qtr. CNU Freshman Aaron Casteel is cleaning up on FOGO. Biggest turnaround from the first game. The Captains have scored 5 unanswered goals.

CNU with the easy road win 15-6 over Washington College. Offense, Defense and Goalkeeping all looked very good for their first game. Achilles heal will be their Face Off.

CNU is handling Washington College pretty easily up 10-5 at the end of the 3rd period. FoGo is still going to be a problem for the Captains.
