Re: UNC 2024

2025 Heel will be a top-ten team: I'm booking it right now. They will make big moves in the transfer portal and Duffy and Dom having a full year under them will only make them more deadly with chemistry. Also, I think this makes Matan move back to his natural position as that third attackmen and ho...

Re: Georgetown 2024

had asked on game thread but only seeing live stats it appeared neither goldberg or cesare played. They've grown a lot this year and while not stars seem improtant to their success. did neither play last week?

Re: Brown 2024

Premier jobs on a national level: Syracuse, Duke, UVA, Hop, ND, UNC, MD Yep. At just a notch below, I would add the other B1Gs and maybe Denver and GT. I note that Brown's last two HCs (before Daly) both left to coach at one of these. This is not a dis on Brown. Cornell has lost three HCs to the gr...

Re: Hobart 2025

I think the loss of Considine is grossly underappreciated on here. He was not only the best offensive player by a mile (a 2-way player as well), but he was the glue to the chemistry of a very productive offense. Bach, Delano and Rosa all fed off of his dynamic play. The positive impact of his retur...

Re: Hobart 2025

Should've been clearer: not that they weren't there mentally all year, but more as the season progressed. To put it another way: is the problem with the whole system or with the system makes/doesn't make adjustments. No first year arrives checked out and still plays. I don’t think many kids check o...

A lot of lot of talent leaving Penn State (presumably, I don't know every situation), Tambroni has been stacking this team on both sides, we'll have to see how his strategy works out next year, ---------------------------- 2024 Roster # Player Pos Yr Hometown G A P 7 TJ Malone A Sr West Chester, PA...

Re: Hobart 2025

I think the upside for patterson is higher than some here but regardless he's the best offensive player to come here in 6-7yrs (2017 -2018). More than half a decade. The mindset is different for kids now on the portal. They'll test it and dont believe the cost of doing so is very high. Also dont dis...

Re: Hobart 2025

Patterson was an incredible player. And might have been an archer in the future. I don’t get blowing off losing great players. Would you blame a leaking roof on bad weather? The so what is why would good players leave in big numbers. That’s a coach/culture issue that needs addressed. https://www.fl...

Re: Hobart 2025

Holy crap! Well I guess we will see lots of new faces next year. Can they come back? I remember herlihy went to portal but came back. Or was that because he was grad? I saw all the speculation about Patterson but to have two starters leave seems like a problem. We should have thrown money ant them....

Re: Top Frosh 2024?

Truly a tremendous freshman class across the board, top down. Offensively, no question, in short time these guys will be the new faces of the college game. Really impressed with a handful of these freshman poles. Crucial roles early for some top teams. ND, UNC, Hop, Gtown, etc. Massive step up from...

Feels like Dobson being down and I believe hurt still is a weakness. Especially when 17 plays like he did in this one.

Re: Top Frosh 2024?

The best freshmen aren’t even listed. How you can make that list without Wambach and Jamison? Wambach is arguably a top 5 fogo in the country. Jamison was leading the ACC in save percentage, during the regular season. None of the guys on the list can say that. I didn’t even mention D-poles that had...

Re: ivy league 2024

Same as it ever was. Cupcake League. yawn Haha we’ve found the ball-gargler! Fun fact - did you know your dusty Ivy league rep got manhandled by UMD twice and Duke, the only real teams they played all year? I guess you can brag about how you beat a dusty old historically crappy UNC team. BYE BYE. T...
